Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing something online and then no actual customer support!

I purchased a gift for my wife, which should have been seamless, for this upcoming mothers day and I did not expect to be entirely let down. The item description was very poor on the website and provided the smallest amount of detail/sizing reference. The item showed up in crushed/rushed packaging with everything looking like it was just thrown in the box/ actually coming out of the box since they did not package it right.

Additionally, everything that was inside of the damaged packaing showed up in cheap plastic sleeves with "Made in China" stickers plastered on it that ruined the entire presentation of the item requiring me to have to repackage it myself.

On top of this issue, when reaching out to customer support you can only reach someone via email (despite the recording saying that they will be taking calls until Aug 1st, no year specified) as their line will just hang up on you and they seem to take the full 48hrs+ to respond considering that they did not reach back out to me until 3-4 business days later. Negative stars if I could. This corporation exhibits negligence and fraudulent conduct. Regrettably, the avenue to contact the customer support team is limited to email communication, which regrettably remains unanswered. Additionally, the functionality of the return/exchange portal is compromised, and it appears that the enforcement of your own refund policy is not being adhered to.

Zero Stars. Purchased a birth stone necklace for my mother for this upcoming Mother’s Day. The package arrive and the necklace was knotted to the point I couldn’t untangle it as well as the main part of the necklace didn’t properly close and would open letting the stones inside fall out constantly.
