Worst customer service ever! Rude and arrogant ! I will never shop Target again! I have been a Target customer for many years! Today was first time I ever ordered online with them to pick up in the store! I usually just go shopping there. I was looking online to buy some Milk bone dog biscuits and saw targets ad to buy one get one 25 percent off if bought online, and pick up same day, So I thought I give it a chance. Worse move ever! I got an email confirming my order but that was it. I stopped by the store on my way home from dinner to get my order. Waited like 15 mins at customer service desk no one was there. Then a customer service rep Paige shows up and I tell her I am here to pick up my order. She asks me for my bar code and I tell her I haven't seen one. She seemed very put out and asked to see my email. I showed her my order but she looked confused then found my order number. She looked up and said oh its not ready yet. I said I ordered it like an hour and ten mins ago which she replied it can take two hours. I said well I am here can I go get it myself she said no. I explained I was picking it up on my way home and I did not live close. She could care less! I asked to speak to a manager and she points to a man at the register. The manager Zach comes over and I explain everything too him. I tell him first time ordering online for store pick up and stopping by on my way home etc. He could care less as well and said he could not put me ahead of others! I was like well I am here now and live pretty far can I go get it my self. he said no unless you cancel your order and go buy it at the register. He was very rude and arrogant as well and he spent the whole time trying to prove a point that somewhere on the page I purchased the item that it said it could take up to two hours to get. Zero customer service at target. I could not believe that there was nothing they could do to help me! They simply couldn't be bothered! Read moreThe Hispanic chic at the pharmacy from 1 pm - 2 pm is gutter, uneducated, and has mental problems. She was upset with me for spelling my last for her. She cut me off because of something so petty. If she wasn't insecure about her accent she wouldn't have been offended. My last name is quite unusual, even Americans ask me to spell it MULTIPLE times. Then she yells at me because my prescriptions had different addresses. In the beginning I told her that I had 3 prescriptions. She acted like she didn't hear me and the got offended because I asked her for them again. She got upset and then tried to tell me that it was my fault she didn't see all 3 prescriptions because 2 had an incorrect address. She the preceeded to throw my prescriptions on the counter.
She was rude to me because people obviously treat her like she's dumb. People can think you're dumb, but you don't have to prove that you're dumb. I wasn't thinking anything about her until she started acting like a dummy.
I hope that she acts ghetto/gutter with a person from the hood. The prescription won't be the only thing thrown on the counter. If you're insecure about your accent, maybe you shouldn't work with people who don't speak Spanish. You can be insecure and stupid, but you don't have to put it on display.
This is my 4th time going to that pharmacy, I usually go after work, and the guy that's there in the evening always finds my prescriptions and he's never rude.

Read moreThis review is only for the Drive Up service offered. I placed 2 separate orders and waited until both orders were ready to be picked up. I went into the app and clicked on my way for both orders. I arrived and parked in the drive up spot and when I pulled the app up again to click I’m here it had already said “team member on there way” According to the Bullseye policy for Target on the Drive up service, a team member is supposed to have your order out to you within 2 minutes of arriving. Well after 5 minutes of waiting I called the store they said they would have someone out with the order right away. Now 15 minutes goes by and finally someone brings only part of my order. He tried to blame me saying I needed to check in for both orders if I wanted them. So I showed him the app and showed how BOTH orders were checked in since the barcode was up. He said he would go get the other order. It’s Arizona and already 95 degrees at 8:30am. I’ve had my truck idling for 20 minutes now with the AC on and I have my 2 year old screaming in the back. This service is supposed to be convenient and quick. I waited over half an hour for my complete order and all the guy had to say was oh maybe you could go inside and get a price adjustment.
