FURNITURE BRAT — Local services in Gilbert

Came to check out this place after they advertised all over local Facebook pages. Pictures of the products they were highlighting enticed me so I packed up my family and drove the 30 minutes across town. Got there to see a sign on the door that said “no kids under twelve years old.” I might not agree with the policy, and it can be entirely frustrating to find out after the drive. But that isn’t the reason for the poor review / rating. It was the language the man used to mansplain the insurance policy that made them require this rule. In the conversation the man looked at my kids (10, 7 and 7) while they were standing quietly in the doorway, one reading a book, and said “It’s hard to manage them, right?” If there was any evidence that this was true from their behaviors or actions I would understand the comment. But to generalize this sentiment just because they are children is entirely disrespectful and discriminatory. Children are humans. Let’s stop treating them like criminals just because they exist. You can have your rules and policies, as discriminatory as they are, while treating children and their parents...

You'll find the discounted items that doesn't sell at the main showrooms or has blemishes. None the less, great deals. The furniture is good quality still and priced less. Make sure you're ready to pay for the items you find since they are one of a kind and others will buy them right from under you if you're to slow to mark it sold. The lady who helped us was rude and said some things that she should've keep to herself. If I remember right, I'm there shopping with my money! So if I'm not 100% sold on an item, I'm not buying it. At this point I have to Outlet rated at 3 stars. Then I had to load up the coffee table, chairs and dining room table at the load docks. The help from the guys load up was exceptional!! We have bought several items from this store. I should say my wife has! My wife has the items delivered and then I find out! I rarely leave reviews and in this case I must! We have bought two sectionals one with gel and one with down feather that are both high quality and designed by the owner Sassy. We have purchased many accent chairs at least 4, dining room table with 8 chairs, accessories, dining room hutch, sideboard, artwork, we have custom ordered with the owner Sassy to add decorator touches on our furnishings. Our most recent purchase was a designer couch and ottoman for our home office. I was a skeptic in the beginning and now I am pleased every time a new order is delivered to our home. The quality and the comfort are the best we have experienced. We will no longer shop the big box stores. We will give our business to a locally owned...
