McDonald's — Restaurant in Gillette

Just stopped at this McDonalds. We have been on the road since 10am this morning. We ordered our food on the Kiosk. As we were waiting we needed cups for our drinks. One of the girls walked by and looked at us and went on. After a bit we just grabbed our cups since we had paid and was excited to grab a drink. As we were filling of cups the manager walked to the counter and yelled at another customer "did you already grab your drinks". She had only ordered food. I felt bad for her as it was us. When our order was done it was thrown on the counter by the manager without one word. We thanked her and she just looked away. Not surprised they have a rating of a 3.4 when the manager acted like this. *Oh and also to the manager...your employees are your "internal guests" so maybe try not talking down to them and you would get the results you are wanting. Clearly you think they are beneath you and everyone in the restaurant could hear your condescending tone and words! I pray you were just having...

I ordered a 5$ spicy mcChicken meal deal at roughly 7pm. My chicken patty was so tough I have to gnaw at it to even get a bite. My fries tasted and felt like they had been sitting in the little paper bag they put them in for like 30 minutes and then they got thrown back in the fryer when I ordered. Surprisingly the nuggets were pretty good tho, they also gave me 3 honeys instead of 2. The soda machine barely worked in the lobby, the condiment par was destroyed, ketchup everywhere( and I mean globs of it) paper trash everywhere. I made a pick up order, which i thought meant I could go through the drive thru and grab it but I was mistaken. The first lady that I spoke with was confused because my order wasn't coming up and then I'm guessing the manager got on and was quite rude and snarky. Needless to say I'll never go to that...

Not the corporate experience I expect from McDonald's. I placed a grill order, what I got was a shortcut. The "add" that I asked for was placed on the bottom bun. On a second order, the chicken sandwich was dried out, with the texture of cardboard. Service was poor. Both orders were to-go, and when asked for ketchup, we were told it's over there. What was "over there" was a dispenser and paper cups, not quite to-go style. I asked an employee for some ketchup and was sent back to where I picked up my order. Yeah, no ketchup packets there for the taking. I stood there waiting for someone to show up. When another employee finally walked over, her response was I'll be with you in a minute, and she walked out with a curbside order. The worst customer service ever. And no apple pies. Wow this place needs some...
