Here's a negative review for the Pizza Hut in Gillette, Wyoming:
My experience at Pizza Hut in Gillette, Wyoming was incredibly disappointing. It was evident that the store manager, Stephanie, prioritizes her personal time over properly staffing the restaurant. Multiple times I've seen hourly managers forced to work open to close shifts, clearly exhausted and struggling to maintain service standards. The dining room is so understaffed that it can't even be opened half the time. It's unacceptable that customers are left waiting or turned away because of such poor management decisions. Stephanie's preference for leisure over professional responsibilities is evident and severely impacts the customer experience. I will be putting a negative review every day until she's either fired or the store is properly maintained like it should, there is no reason that a salary manager should not be in the store correcting the staffing issues that the store has at this very moment. A salary manager's position, doesn't matter what the location and or store purpose is, is to be a 24/7 on call manager and to correct any deficiencies and or issues that is ruining store. And as I see it at this very moment in time. She is the person ruining the store. I'm hearing rumors of her keeping bonuses that the entire store should have got and keeps it to herself and Telling her associates that they cannot have days off that they are planning well into 4 months in advance. She is a problem. When asking the store, associates that are currently in the restaurant, If they have any help, they are telling customers that everybody quit and they have no idea how to get ahold of their district manager. I doubt he cares. And the salary store manager is not answering none of the associate's phone calls.
They should make the little blonde girl That works there the store manager, She's There every day for her shift. He's running around doing everything that the Stephanie manager should be doing on top of crying her eyes out because she's stuck there, Doing an open to close!!!
I am updating this review, also apparently The district manager ( Anthony Jensen) closed this complaint, stating that he has talked to the customer, which is clearly false. He needs to call me right away and talk about his management choices. I will be deleting this review and reposting it every day. So it's clearly on top, so everybody sees it. Read moreI order from Pizza Hut pretty consistently. I enjoy the deals and the food, but I think this last time I ordered is going to be my last time ordering from them. I ordered through the app and already had issues with the app being laggy. Oh well, I thought. I placed my order and after a bit the delivery comes. I take it and set it out to eat for my wife and me. Well I notice something is missing. I ordered 2 sets of wings, breadsticks, an extra marinara, and alfredo. My alfredo was missing. I then tried to call the store to see if something could be done. After a minute I was hung up on, so I tried again. The same thing. The third time I called the other store in town cause I was hoping they might be able to do something. Nope. I got told I was SOL and to keep trying to call cause they have to answer eventually. I tried again, a minute and was hung up. A fourth time and I was redirected back to whoever directs the calls and redirected back. I was hung up on again. And I know they had to answer to at least hang the phone up cause it made the audio cue. It's been over an hour at this point, but I try again and get hung up on for the last time. I go to their website and talk to one of their help people. I was told that someone would be in contact with me about this because that's all the guy could do. It's now been a day and I've heard nothing. Take my experience as your warning. Don't order from the location on 2nd Street because if they mess it up (and they probably will cause it's not the first time something has been missing it's just mostly sauces) they won't answer...
