So I used the online app to order so everything was prepaid , one sub wasn't wrapped sat at drive thru window honking horn with no results so I drive off got home looked at all three subs , and all three subs had no cheese NONE !! My husband's sub was missing some veggies like lettuce and onions , I called as soon as I could and the young man acted like dah.....so I asked him what can you do about this he said " I don't know " so I replied back okay do you think I should call the manager tomorrow he said I don't know so I was like well okay...... I live 18 miles out of town this is very disappointing the kid was polite but if you can't follow directions on how to make a sub then this is not...
Read moreI visited this Subway last Saturday. I got home and realized the next day, the cashier took an unauthorized tip for herself off my debit card. This angered me, and I contacted the manager and asked for the unauthorized tip back, and informed her, this is stealing from her customers. I was promised my tip money back and have yet to see it returned to my bank account. I will be contacting corporate over this matter It's not about the money, it's about doing what's right. Since the manager and General manager refuse to take care of this, I think it's important for people to know that Subway is condoning theft by their employees who decide to steal a tip...

Then told me I can't place an order with them. I have to download the app and place it that way. Which is strange. I order there often. She put me on hold some other employee answers goes "ya?"
