My husband and I had never eaten here before and we though we would try it. We started off with the Jalepeno Poppers, the wood fired wings and the tapas patatas. Wow. I dont even like jalepeno poppers, but I loved these! The dill pickle dry rub on the wings was incredible. The patatas were exquisite with the cumin garlic lime aioli.

Next we tried the Pesto Chicken pasta. I have never tasted pesto this amazing before. This pasta dish was delectable!

We then tried a pizza my heart, the islander, buffalo wy, and the carnivore. I did not think it was possible to have an emotion from eating food, but I didn't I can't even describe the flavors in each of these pizzas.

Of course we needed dessert. We had raspberry cheesecake, a blueberry calzone, a nutella calzone and heavenly skins. Never before in my life have I tasted such incredible desserts. The sins tasted like I was eating a cloud.

Overall, I am blown away by this restaurant. Everything we ate was incredible, and the owners have a passion for food. Nothing in this entire restaurant comes out of a can, and everything is made from scratch. Believe it or not, everything is made in a wood fire oven!!! I've tried a couple times. It's good but there is no consistency and I dont enjoy when my order is wrong. Once the Corello supreme pizza had no sauce. The wings no sauce. Next time carello supreme had the tiniest amount of sauce no mushrooms or onions. Only some of the raspberry habanero wings had sauce. I don't understand why isn't anyone checking what is coming out of the kitchen. Jan 2023 management reached out and gave me a gift certificate to try them again. I do appreciate the effort so I will change my rating to four stars in the hopes the next experience is better. Burned crust Tuesday 12-20-2022...I called at 2:24. I ordered 2 pizzas to go and should have looked before I drove away. I live the next town over. First bite all I taste is char and turned the piece over. The whole pizza is burned black on the bottom. I thought the top looked a little too dark but since it is wood fired I thought it would be ok. No. It's just burned. Disappointing because I can't take it back and the 2 pizzas cost $47 dollars. I have eaten here before and it was very good. It wasn't busy. Just my bad luck for not looking...
