I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight from start to finish! Everything about my experience at this steakhouse was exceptional, and I cannot recommend it enough.
First and foremost, the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The dim lighting, cozy seating, and elegant decor set the perfect mood for a memorable dining experience. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly attentive throughout the evening, making me feel like a valued guest.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the steaks. Oh my goodness, the steaks were simply divine! Each cut was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a juicy, tender center. The quality of the meat was unparalleled, and the flavors were out of this world. Whether you prefer a classic filet mignon or a flavorful ribeye, this restaurant has got you covered.
But it doesn't stop at the steaks! The sides and accompaniments were equally impressive. The extensive wine list perfectly complemented the steaks, offering a variety of options to suit every palate.
Another standout aspect of this steakhouse was the impeccable service. Our server Melissa was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the food she served. she went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was flawless, suggesting pairings and offering recommendations that elevated my meal to new heights.
The attention to detail was truly commendable. From the presentation of the dishes to the little touches, it was evident that every aspect of the dining experience had been carefully thought out.
To top it all off, the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the exceptional quality of food and service. They offer great value for the money, considering the top-notch ingredients and the overall experience you receive.
In conclusion, if you're a steak lover or simply someone who appreciates fantastic food and exceptional service, do yourself a favor and visit The Prime Rib. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. From the moment you step through the door until the last bite of perfectly cooked steak, this restaurant will exceed your expectations and leave you with a smile...
Read moreWe had such high expectations. The server was nice but definitely seemed rushed from the beginning. The calamari breading had no seasoning but thank goodness for the sauce. Their so- called Caesar salad is NOT a Caesar salad. I had one croutons, the dressing was horrible, flat, no flavor. There was no parmesesn cheese on it. Then comes our dinner... My husband ordered the Prime Rib and fries. I ordered boneless Ribeye. We both had the smothered with onions and mushrooms. The mushrooms were sliver slices, no taste to either steak. But they were cooked how we requested. The garlic mashed potatoes were dry with no flavor. The vegetables were fresh sautéed squash but sliced so thin just like the mushroom. For $14.00 I added on the bacon wrapped scallops. We received 3 very dry nearly jerky tasting items. However, the vegetables were the most eatable part. I was served a side of ketchup with my meal, very odd. I am told by friends that is an old western thing. OK, whatever, I will let that one go. The icing on this horrendous and expensive event was watching our server and all the others not use gloves, and with no time to sanitize make people's salads with their bare hands. Yes. I had plain view of hands dipping in and getting lettuce in addition to all the other little compartments. I nearly wanted to vomit. And we wonder how illnesses are passed on. Now I used to be a server at Bennigan's in Arvada, Colorado when I was going through nursing school. So I know there are allowances for some things, but ugh, come on people. Disgusting!! I do not, will not ever recommend this restaurant. We spent $149.00 without tip. Very sad that the people of Gillette think this is worth waiting...
Read moreNot a big negative reviewer. Usually don't, but.
We were coming back from Yellowstone and wanted a dynamite steak and were disappointed.
Our waiter was excellent and our experience had no bearing in his performance.
Didn't like the artichoke dip. Made with yellow cheese I assume was cheddar. Anything on bottom of the bowl was burnt badly. Not good.
Calamari was good.
My wife and daughter said the Ceasars salad was horrible. Too much parmesan cheese, which is a theme for all other dishes.
The spaghetti my daughter had was way off. Mostly meat, no sauce, which had a very strong unpleasant taste. Also covered in parmesan cheese.
My wife's cajun tortellini was good, but also covered in parmesan.
My 50$ steak experience was no good. Ordered the Ranch Hand, 50$ bone in ribeye. When we thought our meal was coming out, our waiter said the kitchen didn't have any bone in and would substitute with a boneless for the same price. It didn't seem like the 24 oz even without the bone. It was undercooked and very cordy. Not a good steak.
My other daughters sirloin was also very cordy.
I would not recommend this restaurant.
I did not let them know out experience before we left, not my style.
Take my experience for what its worth.
If you don't like parmesan try...
