Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gilroy

I don't understand why this happened. My sister ordered pizzas over the phone. I was ordering through their website. We were both doing the same thing without realizing it and she called me before I finished the order. I went to pick up the pizzas for her with a hungry crew.... 14yr old, 9yr old, 5yr old and a 2yr old. So I decide to go in quickly. I had $40... by the order I almost made in the website, I knew it was about $39 and some cents. When I was about to pay the young man says it's $59 and some cents. I told him the same order is less on line and he says only the manager can approve the change in price. She refused so I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager so I asked for someone above her. She said she was the owner too. So I ask again if I can have the same price. She said no so I had to leave with nothing. As I turn to leave she calls me the "b" word. I asked....what did you call me? She started going crazy yelling at me. I told her I was going to record her of how she was acting with me and she starts acting different but still refuses to change it. I asked for for name too and she refused. So I said I was going to take a picture of her to show them who she is. And she told her co-workers that she wanted to "f" me up! So I left because she took off after me I guess to beat me up. I had to leave with my kids to a different pizza place. This place needs a 0 star option. For cursing at me...wanting to beat me and threatening to do it. That's sad this tapped since my kids love this place. Good luck to her. Hope she's not always...

Haven't been back to dominoes in a year and I probably won't for another year. They used to be one of my frequent pizza places. But it's just too expensive for what you get. I just ordered the same order I used to last year and the cost was 30 dollars more between the up cost on menu items, $1 more each item for delivery versus takeout, the taxes, and an additional 5.99 delivery fee not to mention a tip. It's just not worth it. I like to have my food delivered and I'm really over these pizza places upping the costs to their delivery customers. It's one thing to pay a delivery fee and a tip but now the menu items also cost more for delivery....c'mon! You make me feel like you hate your delivery customers. My order better be right and pipin hot at these prices plus delivered in a golden bag. Dominoes this is a horrible marketing strategy - guess I'll see if you get the message when I order again next year cuz I won't be back as long as you play this game. The worst thing is the poor driver is probably getting bad tips because of your greedy up costs when he/she is putting wear and tear plus gas in their vehicle to work...

My original review below is from a couple of months ago. Unfortunately things have gone downhill quite a bit since then. Our last few orders were late but this last one was over 30 minutes past the time window. We order online and pick up in store. When I first arrived they hadn't even started on the pizzas and it was already passed the time promised. When the pizzas were finally ready there were two others in line with the exact same issue, over a 30 minute delay from the latest time promised. The guy in front of my was given a 2 liter soda for his wait. I was offered nothing, not even an apology. Plus, when we got the pizzas home and cracked open the cheesy bread it was the jalapeno style one, not the regular one we ordered. I highly doubt we'll order here again. Very disappointing. Order somewhere else. This isn't worth it.

We're really loving Dominos. They have a really good dough that they bake up quite nicely. The hand-tossed isn't too doughy or too thin and crackery. The flavor is wonderful. Their garlic parmesan sauce is delightful. We've never had a problem here. Our pizzas are always what we ordered,...
