Highly Inconsiderate Individuals: The initial encounter at this establishment, approximately three months ago, was rather satisfactory. However, regrettably, during my second visit, I encountered an exceptionally impolite lady. As a lottery enthusiast, I purchased a ticket and proceeded to scratch and scan it, only to discover that I had won $75. She responded dismissively, stating, "next time don’t scratch the ticket here it’s not allowed”, lolololol. Unfortunately, my recent experience, which transpired today, was even more disconcerting. Upon purchasing two cans of RedBulls, I was inexplicably charged six times the actual amount. Swiftly realizing the discrepancy while still within the confines of the store, I brought it to the attention of the staff. The gentleman I approached exhibited a confrontational demeanor and said, "That is not my problem." Moreover, I observed their son adopting an air of self-importance, trailing behind me with crossed arms, seemingly attempting to intimidate me, unaware that I am about that life. Eagle ridge liquors is a staple of the community and that of Gilroy. It's owners are well known, they are not your run of the mill liquor store owners/managers. Nowadays with the daily grind still not quite normal you can walk in and get the vibe that this was the right place to stop. Friendly, clean, well stocked and premium top shelf liquor as well as many other items. I myself and significant other have been patronizing Eagle ridge liquor for years. We've come to know that even in this world of change,this store will also adapt to the needs of the community, and go that little bit extra for those who are willing to give but just don't have it all. I go to this liquor store all the time I never had a problem with them until 2 days ago I came in a little to drunk and the guy behind the counter notice it and when I went to go buy another beer he saw that I was too drunk and he shouldn't not sold me the alcohol but he still sold me the alcohol and I gave him a $20 to pay ,the beer cost $3.10 and he only give me back $10 instead of $16.90 thinking that I would not notice but I'm like a Jew with my money you're not tricking me that easily whether I'm super drunk or super sober so I am disappointed in this liquor store I would never expected them to do this to me but I guess you can't trust anyone these...
