If you call in to order, your call will be answered by a call center not the actual location. This is the third time that the call center has messed up on my order. I ordered for delivery. I was told 40 min for delivery. 1 1/2 hours later, I called the number back and got the store by selecting the option for something wrong with my order. The manager said we'll it is here. It was marked as a pick up. No offer to deliver it, just it is here waiting for you to get it. I go up to the store and I get ignored while the guy at the counter is dealing with a customer in the drive thru. Manager acted like he did not even k ow why I was there. I told him there has been several issues with the call center and it is going to cost them customers. He said " Eh, oh well" and shrugged his shoulders. I asked if my pizza was still hot, he tossed it on the counter and said it should be. Then he got visibly frustrated when I stated that I ordered the Cinnabon rolls as well. He pulled them out of another bag and literally tossed them on top of the pizza box. I told him it was cold and he once again showed visible frustration. I said I did not want a cold pizza and he got a huge attitude with me and told me that I had to wait. His body language was horrible. He rolled his eyes and then shrugged his shoulders at me again. I said that I just want a refund. He raised his voice to me and said "fine, it's canceled" and he angrily grabbed the pizza off of the counter and tossed it like a Frisbee on the wire racks. I said I wanted a refund again, and he yelled at me that the order is canceled. I said will my card still be charged, he yelled again that the order is canceled. I tried to ask for his name and he ignored me until I finally became frustrated and raised my voice asking if they were just ignoring me now. I asked if he was the manager and what his name was. He snapped at me with yes and he said his name was Oscar, then said "have a nice day sir" in the most condescending tone I have ever heard. When I called the corporate number to complain, I got another call center. They took down my complaint and said they will have someone look into it, and that they hope to have me back as a customer again soon. By far one of the worst experiences...

Read moreI’m actually very upset with our Pizza Hut order today. The pizza was soggy in some parts and rock hard in other parts. We drove out of the way to get this pizza. When I called to say something the manager just told me that’s weird, she made me feel like I was lying about it. It’s Pizza Hut, it’s not worth it to lie about! I told her I could send a video if she liked. Her reaction honestly made me more upset and is the biggest reason I’m writing this review.
