DO NOT ORDER HERE. I put no lettuce and received lettuce on my bowl anyways. WASTED MONEY. The lady I called at 6:07PM on March 24th, 2025 WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND LACKED ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY OR RESPECT. She explained to me that the receipt said less lettuce. Sure, no problem. I asked how we can make up for the malfunction of the app as my money has been wasted. I told her to leave my number for the owner and she insisted he wouldn't issue a refund, automatically assuming. First instance of disrespect. I wanted to just get another bowl on the house, but she was too busy screaming "not our fault" at me for me to get a chance to explain such. Something must be going on at home. I told her I'd leave a review about this experience as she was disrespectful and she immediately hung up the phone on me before I could get another word in. This lady should be fired. Will not visit this subway ever again. Called in an order picked it up, one of the subs we ordered was on the wrong bread the worker thought she was going to just flip everything on to the correct bread. She got upset when asked to make it correctly. Then when I get get back to work, we discovered that she still made them wrong. Called the manager her response was that employee made it right and you can bring it back and I will remake. I explained that I am at work her response was well i am here till 9pm you will have to bring it back. Wont get my money ever again!!!! Worst service...

Do not place online orders. If you do, be sure to thoroughly check what you pick up before you leave. I ordered a cold cut sub with extra tomato and onion, chipotle sauce, and mayonnaise. I received a plain, dry cold cut sub... no extras or sauces. If it hadn't been so skinny and light, I might not have known anything was amiss until I'd gotten home 10 miles away. The website issue is not news to the crew. The owner, chris galdon, will respond to the online "subway experience" survey. I'm not impressed. Don't expect anything...
