Taco Bell — Restaurant in Girard

Do NOT go to this location. They treat their customers horribly. I am not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell or any restaurant ever. They made my grilled cheese burrito wrong, I wanted extra rice and they barely put any rice at all, maybe a tablespoons worth or less. I asked to have it remade the way I ordered it. The employee said 'sure, just leave the receipt with us and it will be right out'. I sked what to do with the food, if we needed to give it back or throw it away, and both parties confirmed we could throw away. After several minutes of waiting in an empty lobby the employee came back out and said 'we can't remake the food, best I can do is give a side of what is missing' and slaps a container of rice on the counter. How am I to add rice to a burrito was grilled shut for one, but he also witnessed me throwing it out. We asked to have it remade again or a refund and was refused. According to them they never give refunds because 'they are not allowed'. We asked to speak to a manager and only the shift manager was on duty. We were then made to wait for another 5 minutes until the manager came to speak with us. She again tried to give us the rice, stating 'she didn't know the other employee told us it was okay to throw away the food.' She stated her general manager told her they cannot give refunds under any circumstances. They then refused to give any contact information for their general manager, district manager or corporate, saying they were not allowed to give out any numbers, which is a lie because we called another location within their district and were given the info immediately. I just wanted to have my food remade the way I asked for it and PAID EXTRA in order to have. My husband and I loved going to taco bell, but will never EVER return to...

Hands down, best experience I've had at a Taco Bell, or any other fast food restaurant for that matter. My husband and I entered the drive through around 730pm and there were about 10 cars ahead of us. You wouldn't know it though. We literally flew through the que. We had a fairly large order, over 50 dollars worth of food, some were special orders with substitutions and such. Our order was correct, the food was hot, and fresh, and for as large as our order was, it only took moments to receive. Staff was friendly and cheerful despite the stress they must have been under due to the grand opening today. Some grand openings flop. These guys hit it out of the ball park. Been here a couple times, and this is the first time we went inside. The drivethru is good because they actually do their job. But when you go inside and all the employees are doing is being busy about joking around and talking to there teenage friends to focus on customers. They do not know how to portion correctly. And to top it all off cross-contamination, when I order something that has nothing of the sort in it and you got little pieces of other food that doesnt belong. They need to have...
