I stopped in for a few slices of sausage pizza. A gentlemen in early twenties, no name, had glasses and a mini beard, said they don't make sausage pizza at that time of night! I was shocked that a pizza place doesn't make pizza with sausage, after it says on the menu right on front counter. The place didn't close for over an hour and half, and it's busy summer. I also noticed that someone on counter by oven was cutting one up for a to go order, yet no one wanted to offer one to me. Just terrible! No motivation. I felt that it was putting him out to make a pizza that was probably premade. Where is the owner and who trains these people. I looked at the rotating pizza in the display and saw pepperoni which he said was fresh, after buying a slice, I confirmed it was cold and greasy. Obvious sitting there awhile like at a gas station. Why can't people at this business want to take care of there customers and be friendly. I saw the pizza saloon down the street and someone said to go there instead. They would be happy to service you and give a quality product. Also I drove a distance to get to this place. I cannot reccomend this establishment. They need an adult owner there to supervise, and send this guy at the counter to customer experience training, or have him retrain and work...
Read moreIt's weird how it's the same dough, sauce and cheese but it can totally taste like pizza from a different place. It depends on who is making it.I hate a doughy crust so I always order it well done as I do with my cheese Stix. I knew there must have been a problem with the very long conversation with the manager ( the longest employee there) He must have told him to give it to me anyway. It was soooo gross and extremely doughy darn near raw in spots. I wish he would have told me they gave someone else my Stix and gave me the option of cooking it longer. I would have called back but I overheard he was on his way out delivering a pizza. Sorry but I think a manager should be at the place managerial rather than delivering pizza. The moral of the story is I should have opened and inspected my pizza...
Read moreI've been told multiple times while being in some teeth pain that they make cheese pizza every day during the week. All of a sudden I go in for lunch and get told they aren't even going to make fresh by the slice pizza? That they will just throw left overs in the case? Since when is the service here so spotty? Thought the customer was always right and when asked about special dietary needs I'm getting told "oh well. This is what we have." Maybe have some better communication and maybe don't tell people you provide specific items if you don't ACTUALLY supply them. And the attitudes about it weren't appreciated. Good job Gladstone...
