The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I'm a nice person, I've worked in food service and I understand how rough it can be, but the women who work here (or at least the ones working here at 6:30 on 10/30) were extremely rude...
The worst part of the experience for me (after they over charged me and argued with me about how I was wrong about the overcharge) was after I got my food the girl literally slams the drive through window in my face without giving my drink. I waited there for at least 5 minutes and after knocking on the window several times a girl finally walks by the window, looks at me, and keeps going about her business... I yelled "excuse me" twice and she finally opens the window and just scowls at me... To which I replied "the other girl forgot my drink" - without saying a world, she goes and fills my cup without asking me which drink I wanted ( which she got correct, thus proving to me that they knew I was there the whole time) walks back to the window and hands it to me, without any kind of acknowledgment that they made me wait. I told her that they were incredibly rude - and she ROLLS HER EYES at me and says sarcastically "yeah, I'm sorry ma'am."
At this point I'm willing to shake it off. But when I get home, I see they gave me chicken noodle soup when I ordered cheddar broccoli. I ordered online and I understand things can get messed up. So I called them to let them know they gave me the wrong soup - and they told me I was wrong, and that I ordered chicken noodle. When I explained to them that I had the order up in front of me, they said they didn't have the broccoli soup tonight. Okay then, why didn't you tell me this when I was at the store so I could have at least chosen which of the soups I would actually like? I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat chicken noodle soup. They didn't even offer to make it right.
What kind of company treats their customers this way? Absolutely ridiculous. The reason I am writing this review (I have NEVER written a negative review anywhere) is in hopes that the owner will see this and retrain his employees on what good customer service entails. If I owned a business, I would definitely want this information. I will not be returning to...
Read moreI was having a tough morning, and to top it off, my kids were driving me up the wall causing me react like a mean mom. I was in a BAD mood. Jason came to the rescue with exceptional customer service that completely turned my day around.
From the moment we interacted, Jason’s friendly attitude was just what I needed. He not only took the time to chat with my kids, which completely lightened the mood, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even though several items we tried to order were out of stock, Jason proactively offered great alternatives and made sure we had everything we needed. Cookies too!
Jason’s kindness and professionalism were truly a saving grace on a day that could have been much worse. I am immensely grateful for his help and for the positive impact he made on our day. Thank you, Jason, for being amazing and turning my bad attitude into a much brighter one! Myself (and my kids)...
Read moreI came inside to order my food since the drive thrus card machine wasn't working thats okay it wasn't busy. Then I'm told they are out of steak and all chicken options and the cookie oven is broken. Well I don't have much time since I decided to drive here for lunch so I order anyways and I'm giving the worst smashed bread I've seen. The lady who was working seemed nice and was doing what she can given the circumstances. But I can't even see her putting the meat on my sandwich since it's blocked by a metal lid, most of the veggies were freezer burnt and stuck to the containers, I added onions and to my surprise I had a huge long slice of onions that weren't properly cut, my sandwich wasn't fully cut so I had to tear it apart. And even my coke bottle appears old. The color of the bottle has a yellow tint to it which isn't her fault but still quality control is not there. I would go somewhere else to avoid eating at this...
