The place was empty first off. Walked in and the girl want to seat me in a booth and I asked for a table. She says that there are no open tables "there was 2 other groups in the restaurant". I look around and there was plenty of tables. She then said I could sit at a high top table in the bar. I said sure. "There is no one at all sitting in the bar all tables are empty and clean" she turns and says to me that it will be 5 min before she can seat me because needed to fill booths. And proceeded to seat two couples that came in after me, one couple in a booth, the other at a table. At this point I'm annoyed. I go and sit at the bar and decided to order there. Tge bar tender asked my friend and me what we wanted to drink, and was informed that they had no sweet tea. The machine had broken. So I got pepsi. Then we ordered the 2 for $27 deal. Ribs, and chicken and shrimp. With a onion ring appetizer. When then appetizer was brought out we asked for a another dipping sauce, and the food runner acknowledged us but that was it. Never got the sauce. The ribs that was advertised as fall off the bone, was dry and had the consistency of beef jerky, my friend said his chicken was bland and extremely dry and required steak sauce to make it eatable. Over all a extremely negative experience. Will not be going back again.
Also a side note you would think that a well know restaurant brand that has multiple TVs with sports playing on them would have high definition service on the televisions. Gives the vibe that the restaurant is not doing well financially and I can...
Read moreWhen we walked in, we stood at the hostess stand and waited for the hostess to come back inside from hanging out. She walked around to the host stand without saying anything and looked around for a bit. She stated I don’t know what’s going on give me just a few minutes. She sat us and we waited 10 minutes for someone to come by and ask for our drink order. I’m not one to gripe about wait times if the restaurant is busy. However, there were a total of 5-6 tables seated in the entire restaurant. We got our food and there was paper in one of our meals. I’m assuming it was the manager that came by and asked if everything was OK because we had not seen our waitress since we got our food. We stated that there was paper in one of our meals and the manager said oh that’s probably just from the cheese. She then asked if we wanted a refill brought the drink back gave us the check and said have a nice day. We were still eating and weren’t ready to go. There was a 10% discount included. A simple “I apologize, is there anything I can get for you?” would have sufficed. She did not apologize or asked if we needed anything. Our waitress in the meantime was constantly running by our table, but never stopped to ask us once if we needed anything or needed a refill. We managed to waive her down to give her the check and couldn’t ask for a to go box before she had already started running away. I do not typically write bad reviews however this is just poor management. It takes zero effort to just be a...
Read moreWe went for Veterans Day, yes it was busy then we allowed for that! We were seated at a table with chairs. We requested a booth and we're told there were none available that had a server available. There were two boosts within vision of our table, I'd like to say I am 68 and my husband is 72 the booths are more comfortable for us to get in and out of. When we were seated the hostess gave us menus only and no silverware. We understand they ran out up front. We no sooner sat down and our server asked if we were ready to order! Of course we were not we had not even looked at the menus. We had been at the bar waiting for a table so we all had drinks already. A little while later the server came back again and we ordered an appetizer and our dinners. The appetizer came and we still had no silverware. We asked our server for dishes and silverware to share amongst the three of us. We waited and waited. Finally the hostess seated more people near us and she had given the new people menus and silverware so we asked if we could also have silverware for our appetizers. We had to ask another waiter four plates for our appetizers. Our dinners came out and our server never did ask us again if we would like another drink my husband had to go to the bar and get his own drink and pay for it there. The food was good their service was poor except for those we asked to get us things that did not go with their positions at our particular table. Might I add the two available booths never...
