Update: a female employee is now yelling at another coworker saying “this is why I should have called out eff this place” we won’t be back, we can’t eat in peace because of the choice of children and adults this place has hired.

usually try not to leave bad reviews but I feel this needs to be addressed. We are currently here in zaxbys, and the employees seemed to be very rushed and disorganized. I completely understand the stress of working fast food, however under no circumstance is it okay to take out that frustration on people doing nothing more than coming to eat. They had a few people come up to the counter because the order was incorrect. We also went to the counter twice for sauces they forgot which is okay no big deal. After everyone was seated several workers were very loudly talking really bad on costumers even while we are still here in the dining room. The employee chloe who was working front and took orders had yelled out “can people do anything themselves, like not come up to the counter begging us to fix their life problems” in which several other employees laughed at. It’s very tempting to go up here and cuss all of them out considering we were very kind to them and even complimented the crew after another lady yelled at them, we were just trying to ease the tension. But these loud rude comments about those that are eating in here was completely uncalled for, they even had a gentleman banging on the door and I had to let him in because he was just standing outside of the door that was locked, he was coming in from break, he yelled out “if y’all want me to go home, I’ll gladly go the “f*ck”home” I don’t care about cussing it’s the blatant rudeness and disrespect. I went through the drive through and I paid for an extra ranch. When I checked my bag it wasn't there so I went back to get it and Emily (the GM) took my bag to see if it was in there, then she opened my food without washing her hands or wearing gloves after she had been handling money. I asked her not to touch the food without doing one or the other, but she did it anyway. She then called me a liar and said that she just packed the bag. Then she threw the bag out the window to me and my food went everywhere except in the box that it was initially in, and she threw a packet of ranch, As I was asking her a question she slammed the window in my face..... When I ordered my food and then paid, I had to pull up to wait for it, There was a car in front of me that had pulled up to wait for their food as well, that wasn't a problem. But I was right beside a camera when I checked my bag and I didn't lie about a damn ranch sauce, the camera can prove that. I've NEVER been treated like that at any restaurant. Zaxbys usually has decent customer service but Emily who is supposed to be the GM doesn't need a job that consists of dealing with public. I have never been treated so bad at a restaurant was I was today at this one I ordered my food it was very clear what I wanted! I checked my food at window like I do at every restaurant! And all wasn’t there. I told them what I was missing 4 staff I could see immediately started arguing that I was wrong! I told them what I had wanted and gave my receipt back and said I pay for it if I wasn’t charged right!!!
