I ordered 1 âAnnaâs chicken cutlet sandwichâ, 1 âdouble patty smash burgerâ, 1 âfunnel cake friesâ , and I wanted to order 1 âchocolate Zanzibar â but they said the only dessert they had was âoreo cheesecakeâ so I got 1 âOreo cheesecakeâ .
This chicken sandwich I received was nothing like what I ordered as described from their menu.
I received a plain chicken cutlet hoagie (lettuce, tomato, onions) with a packet of Kenâs balsamic dressing.
It wasnât great but out of all the things I ordered, it was the only edible item, other than the funnel cake fries.
Annaâs chicken cutlet sandwich is described to have chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula, homemade pistachio pesto and balsamic reduction.
The âdouble patty smash burgerâ I received is much worse. Absolutely disgusting.
It is described on the menu as two smashed burgers, grilled onions, shredded ice berg, tomatoes, cooper sharp, pickle chips, sliced bacon, Smokey French dressing, potato bun,
The burger I received is on a plain white Kaiser roll (no potato bun) , with yellow American cheese (no cooper sharp), Romain lettuce (not chopped over berg) , tomatoes, pickles, onions, fake bacon bits (not sliced bacon), and two frozen hamburgers (not smashed).
There was also a hair in the French fries with the burger.
The so called âOreo cheesecakeâ is not cheesecake at all. Itâs an Oreo Pie.
After tip I paid $70 for this food.
I called them and to respectfully let them know that I didnât get the proper chicken sandwich I ordered and the burger is so disgusting itâs not even edible. The Oreo cheesecake is also not cheesecake and I wouldnât have order it if I knew it was actually Oreo cream pie.
They didnât care at all. They did nothing to solve the problems.
This place is obviously a whole scam, using false advertisement and delivering the LOWEST quality food for very high prices!!
Yes it is convenient because itâs open all night & especially in a college town thatâs a great idea for a restaurant because Iâm sure itâs the one go to place for anyone looking for food within those hoursâŚbecause nothing else is open for delivery.
But there is no reason to be false advertising and scamming people.
Honesty and transparency about the menu would be very appreciated and I am sure it wouldnât slow down business at all.
I am very disappointed.
& I just threw $70 into the trash can. & I now have a stomach ache from the little bit of food I did...
Read moreI actually help out and work at the counter at Pizza University. Iâve seen some reviews that almost seem like they are trying to sabotage the owners or the management. While everyone has a right to their opinion, I just thought there was some inconsistencies in these recent posts. âZacharyâ for example uploaded an image of pizza (maybe ours or not) but I happened to notice another pizza box in the background. The box in the back of the picture was white and cardboard. I found this interesting as we just started to use white wax boxes and never used white cardboard. While they have some minuscule differences, itâs enough to differentiate. And for âAugustusâ, he claims to go to âRowenâ which is comical considering his lack of spell check. He goes as far to say itâs âpizza dropoutâ yet canât even correctly spell the university he claims to go to. While Iâm not saying these people are true or not, just seems odd and thereâs no intent to help and improve a business just to...
