I used to eat here often for the last couple of years. The same employee was always very kind and polite. Remembered us and even our orders. I’m not sure what happened the last couple of months but he is no longer there. Now it’s two men. They have posted hours of 8:30pm on Sunday on their DOOR AND WEBSITE so we decided at 7:45 to stop. We had time. I was told as I was checking out “well you’re our last customer”. I thought that was strange. We sat and started to eat. Someone walked in to purchase a sandwich and was told they were closed. Not a second later they turned off the lights on us eating. Leaving my ten year old and I to try and gather our things in the dark. You want to close at 8? Change your posted hours. I made an online order and went to pick it up but the guy working said there was no order and even tried to tell me I had the wrong location. I showed him confirmation of the order/payment and he basically told me that’s not his problem. Still haven’t gotten my money back to this day. Kept going back and forth with him because I have proof I ordered at this location in the app and my email, I have proof of payment with receipts from my bank and from apple pay and yet he didn’t give a damn. I am sorry to say this franchise is the bottom the barrel, the employees looked unhappy to be there and once I walked in I saw a sign on the door "we dont accept coupons", but I gave a 6 inch a shot, overpriced, the meat was slim and I got a "turkey titan" which is supposed to have 33% more meat... it was flat, barely the meat of a classic sub and in general the customer experience is bad.
