I’m not sure I ever left a bad review like this before, but this is unacceptable.

The employee with the greenish/bluish hair and the headphones was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful.

disrespecting me when I asked about flavors, one of machines was giving him trouble which is fine, but he YELLED about it. Scolded me when I asked for my order to go. About how THIS ITEM DOESNT WORK TO GO.

I was gonna just ignore it, maybe it was a bad day. Which I totally get. But then I decided to check this locations reviews. So many about him, just disturbing. I own a business myself and I would terminate him immediately. I hope it doesn’t have to come to a decline in sales for them to realize this.

The guy with the green/blue hair was extremely rude and not nice at all, I was line with my girlfriend and he was like can I take the next customer even though we were in line before the other customer. We were still deciding what to get since they were out of stock on the strawberries and cream Gelato, he was rude and shouldn't have apple headphones in either, sounded like we was yelling at us. Honestly he needs to be retrained on customer service and learn how to treat customers respectfully. He needs a talk with manager or owner. That was so uncalled for and probably will never return to this...

Their hours are wrong on both their website and Google page. They close at 10. I Uber Eats an order of 3 blendini's, a milkshake, and a gelati. Only received the blendini's. Order arrived at 10, noticed the missing items, called store only to find out they closed and so they won't answer the phone after their mistake.
