I've been coming to This location ever since it transferred from Largo town center. I have seen New managers new employees, new protocols, new signs and everything.. I did notice that there was a sign in there during the pandemic that said that they were not giving out samples which is perfectly understandable. However that was over a year or so ago since I have seen that sign...well At least since October or November of 2021. The last time I came in there I did have an issue with my order but I did not acknowledge it because I kind of brushed it off. What I experienced on Friday was completely unacceptable to me. I received an email regarding the chocolate covered strawberry flavor that was limited edition and ending soon so I inquired about it. I asked the young lady if they did samples because I no longer saw the sign and she told me that they were no longer do examples still. Understood! I asked if I didn't like it can I return it for a new flavor. She looked at me like I was crazy and said no. So when I asked her how are her customers supposed to try this new flavor her reply was "it's not new."OKAY 👍 soooo the sign is not presant anymore. But they had a mix up regarding the banana flavored ice cream. So she had the audacity to do a taste test in front of me because she was asked to by the other employee because she did not want to taste it. Banana allergy, maybe! Right in front of me though? I asked for a manager right away who was a young girl who came out of the back and did not understand anything that I was asking her for some reason. I am American and black just like her. Why can't you understand me. I asked her about the samples she told me that they were no longer doing samples and I asked her "well if that is the case how is it that your employees are sampling items?" She swear she did not understand what I was saying and acted as if what I was asking was some strange question. She looked confused. All of the other employees were looking around confused. I repeated my question at least 5 times...how is it possible that customers are not able to get samples but employees are behind the front sampling ice cream in front of customers? Make it make sense for me. Now granted, I may be a little petty here but yes I have every reason to be especially when they keep increasing their prices for addons and every store I go to is different. This store continuously raises their prices and no posting of the price increase. I am over the little girls who run this store. We didn’t not get acknowledged until we walked all the way to the beginning of the ice cream section. Angel helped part of my party. Then we were assisted with another employee a young hispanic woman. As I waited to be helped no one informed us that only one person assisted a party whom is all paying together. A younger African American woman can to the counter and asked “ did anyone take your order yet “ i responded “ no “ then she turns to her coworker and asks if he was working on my order he replied yes but nobody ever took my order. She then proceeded to ask the customer behind me for his order. Then she began to mumble words under her mask. When i politely asked was there a problem. She replied “ who has a problem “. This is the rudest place i’ve ever been to in this area. I will not return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is not always taught correctly. Courtesy goes a long way. Read moreWe spent $32 on caramel apples and chocolate. After eating dinner, we treated ourselves to a caramel apple and weighted chocolate from “Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory”. After chewing the KEY LIME MACADAMIA BEAR, I thought there was Caramel on my lip lingering, I pulled out a straight /ending curly small piece of hair. I IMMEDIATELY called the store and spoke with Kaylin(shift manager). She asked I take a pic and send a picture to their email. She explained the chocolates are not made in store and I could come back to replace them…… I went in the following day with my entire order in hand with the receipt and the manager, an Asian woman came out with a note(presumably from the supervisor the day before). She looked through all 3 bags to verify I brought back all the items with HAIR in them and wanted to use the same gloves to pick the replacement chocolate.
