Lazy Loon Brewing Company — Restaurant in Glencoe

Food is okay, but the outside of the business is messy looking. There are old vehicles that don’t move, and it looks like it’s a car shop. The outside seating “pergolas” they built are falling apart annd unsafe. If you do a to-go order of 1 item, it was over an hour wait, even on a Thursday evening. We have called in and did a reservation as well and they make you walk to the bar to order your own drinks and food still (like a fast food restaurant but with a 30-40 food wait time). They charge you $8 for a small slice of cheesecake that tasted like sour milk, and their food is not as pictured...

We visited on a Friday evening and had a great experience! The service was great and the food was amazing! Overall not a big selection of beer, but had other adult selections for those of us who don't like beer. So I was happy and satisfied. We had the deconstructed jalapeno poppers and they were awesome! Shrimp was great, pulled pork sandwich was great. Overall would definitely go back next time in area! - oh, don't forget...

Terrible and slow service, such a disappointment. Ordered dinner for two, walleye was very good and plenty of it. Brisket was 99% fat, only had three bites of actual meat on it. The brisket is normally phenomenal. Server took over ten minutes to come to the table initially, came back once to get our order, then again fifteen minutes after we finished our meal. We will not be going back again. Poor service, food...
