Tommy's Red Hots — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. They have their business hours until 9pm. I have not gone there in a very long time. I went there at 8:15 one night and they already had the doors locked and were laughing behind the counter and talking to another, and ignored I was out front. The second time exact same situation. However, it was at 7:45. I knocked at the door because they already locked it and the woman with curly hair put her hand up motioning to "shoe" me away. Their prices have quadrupled and that is quite contradicting if they want to stay in business. You can't hike your prices expecting to make a profit and treat your customers like their inconvenient trash. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a to-go order, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, they claimed my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes after arriving at the restaurant. No apology, no updates just rude staff ignoring me at the counter. When I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. Items were missing, and what I did receive was barely edible. The main dish was cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The side dishes were leaking all over the bag, and they didn’t even include the utensils or napkins I requested. To make matters worse, when I called to complain, I was met with indifference. The old Lady was unhelpful and unapologetic, basically blaming me for their mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this restaurant...
