I had the worst experience today Customer service should be the priority of any establishment the person at the register was confused about everything and wasn't helpful at all

me and my friend walk in and we didn't even get acknowledged and I ask if he can add mango flavor to my tea he literally says "we don't do that it won't be good " as if he didn't know English and kept saying we don't do that I was like do you guys have the flavor he goes yes but we don't do that I am like okay then can you add lychee to my drink he goes no it won't be good I am like What !!? I was confused I was like u guys have boba right what drink you guys put boba in he goes any drink I am like then I choose to put lychee in mine he goes oh ok and looks upset lol anyways I didn't care maybe miss understanding My friend ordered a large coffee he takes 10 mins to do the order then brings out a small coffee and my friend says I ordered large he checked the receipt and say oh ok I will make it for you but u can keep this one we were sitting down talking and didn't get up to get the drink so he placed it on the counter my friend says ok thank you we were thinking of getting it after we get our original drinks 5 mins pass by and we look and the coffee small drink is gone so my friend asks where is the small coffee u gave me he said we gave it to someone else who ordered !!!! I was shocked My friend said oh okay Then we leave my friend dropped her coffee outside because we had babies with us and I went back to order another one and he didn't even offer to give me a free drink in conclusion this place has the worst costumer service. The drinks were pretty okay little too sweet but we liked them wish costumer...

I was craving boba and decided to stop by here for the first time today after hearing about it from a friend. I was having such a hard time deciding what I wanted and the owner was so nice, patient and helpful with explaining the menu to me, what was popular and recommendations for toppings. He gave me a few samples that helped me with my decision. I went with family and we got the Dragonfruit Green Tea, Island Spring, Peachy Teasee (sp?), Purple Sunset, and the Aloha Milk Tea. The boba was super fresh and I love that when they gave us the drinks, they explained how to drink it. For example, the Dragonfruit Green Tea has cheese foam on it and they recommended drinking it from the lid (which they snipped off some of the plastic lid to do this) and also use a straw to drink from the bottom of the cup to get two totally different flavor profiles. Loved that! It was like having 2 different drinks in one! Also got a few of the coffee jellies and that was super fun and delicious to eat!! Superior service, quality products, and awesome customer service! I’ll be back for sure and I definitely recommend it for any boba...

I really wanted to like this place and give them a good review but with the question asked before on what vegan options they had. They had mentioned the milk teas used non dairy but when I came and asked, the girl was unsure if there was any animal based product in it. It was a bit disappointing because I came specially to try their vegan options and was hoping I would be able to try more than just tea. I wanted to try one of their milk teas since I thought it would be non dairy and no animal products. Since she wasn't sure I wasn't going to risk it. I do think the concept is cool, they make the teas fresh so you do have to wait a bit for them but not anything longer than a normal Starbucks run. It was very warm inside which made it a bit stuffy. I'm not sure if I would come back because it is far from my house but maybe if there is a clearer sign on what options are vegan.
