I had a truly disappointing experience with customer service during my visit today. The staff member on duty seemed completely unprepared for her role. After waiting for five long minutes, she finally emerged from the back, but overlooked my presence entirely. I received not a single word of acknowledgment—no “hello” or even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” This felt incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing position. Stopped here when I had to wait for my appointment to arrive. We were pleasantly surprised with a variety of delicious ice cream to choose from as well savory food and snacks. I seriously wanted to try one of everything! The sales associate was so kind and very hospitable. He had a lovely spirit and was so polite.
