Read moreDO NOT go to this location! Food is not fresh! It tastes disgusting and the staff and night manager doesn’t listen! Manager is extremely rude and is not willing to find a simple resolution to the problem but instead adds to the problem with her poor customer service and “management” skills! They must of been desperate to fill her position when they hired her because she clearly doesn’t have the qualifications or education! I had them remake my order several times and they still couldn’t get it right! Then the night manager had the audacity to get an attitude with me and call me a lier when I called to tell her about it saying that she made the order with extra toppings that my son is allergic to then when I kindly explained that I had showed the server that I had asked for no toppings then she changed it to her watching her staff make it and she knew that they made it with no toppings. As I asked her for her name she hung up on me!!! She needs to be sent back to school! She certainly does NOT need to be a manager of any sort!!! I contacted the Sonic on 65th Ave & Glendale in Glendale, AZ on Thursday 5/4/23 at 1pm and the manager I spoke with said she would look into it and I’d hear from her in a few hours. That never happened. I called the same store and spoke with another manager today 5/6/2023 around 4pm and the issue was not handled appropriately. The issue being a cockroach was in my drink on 4/27/2023 and I’ve attached photo proof. The manager brushed off the issue saying they’ve had no signs of any pests at their location despite me finding one in my drink. I suggested maybe the fountain drink nozzles aren’t properly being cleaned and she assured me they are. She was not apologetic at all until the end of our conversation and it wasn’t sincere at all. She didn’t offer any sort of solution but a “free meal” coupon/gift card.
