I had a great chicken sandwich here. That is what is most important so I'm putting that first. It was spicy and juicy. The bun was delicious. The French fries were incredibly flavorful but not overpowering. The buttermilk and unicorn dipping sauces were some of the best I've had from any restaurant. I hate paying extra for sauce but this was so high quality and unique, I had no complaints after I tried them. I'm not even a big sauce guy when at restaurants. The staff did a great job of explaining the menu for my first time there.

I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever seen a singular, family owned shop specializing in Chicken Tenders, so I was intrigued. The Tenders were okay, they needed some more seasoning, but they were definitely crispy. The fries were a bit on the soggy side and were salty. Maybe Iā€™m picky but I donā€™t think the meal was 100% worth the priceā€” it was filling though.

The rotisserie chicken is juicy not dry and with the perfect amount of seasonings. The breading on the chicken strips is amazing, large tender chicken goes great with the scratch dipping sauce. Don't let the dill scare you away in the sauce it's a must try! They have a great spin to the potato skin. I had the sauce put in the side and grateful I did its very hot. They are great without it if you do not like spicy.

My son and I wanted to try a new spot for lunch and a quick Google search led us to Chicken Scratch. They are known for their rotisserie chicken so that is what I tried with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. My son wanted a nice crispy chicken sandwich so he tried that with slice of provolone added. My rotisserie chicken was very flavorful and tender. 4.5 / 5. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also delicious and well seasoned. 4 / 5. My son said his chicken sandwich was delicious with a nice crunch. He didn't even need the sauce that came on the side. Overall a great dining experience at a new place. We will most likely be back when we are in the area. Loved it! I got the chicken caesar wrap & it was delicious. At first I wasnā€™t pumped about $10 for something so simple, but it was HUGE and I took half home. The mashed potatoes have house made gravy in them and were actually my fave part of the whole meal. Mac salad is okayyyy. Very simple sauce, not bad just kinda boring. Not mushy at all which was awesome. My bf got the chicken park sandwich and said it was really good. Sauce isnā€™t sweet which is šŸ‘ & said it was very fresh. Sandwiches donā€™t come with sides so each plate will run you between $14-20+ if you get a side, so it can get a little pricy. But overall great little spot!! Parking is a little tight...

After reading the reviews we decided to give this place a try. We should have known when we pulled up at lunch time and it was empty but still we decided to try it for ourselves. There is no way the chicken sandwich was hand breaded - it was a dry patty with a thick breading on it - no flavor. The chicken dip was filled with slimy, dark pulled chicken with multiple pieces that were rubbery to the point you couldn't chew them. The Brussel sprouts were okay. We were highly disappointed in the food and it was almost $40 for two people people and we didn't even get drinks. The guy who took our order was friendly.
