After 2 separate visits to Pete's Fish and Chip's over a 3 week period and trying a different location all together with slightly lower scores at the 2nd attempt, I given up trying to justify the negative experiences over there. I began looking for a new place altogether, Thank you, Culvers....
I love Culver's to be certain for burgers custard ice cream and shakes. I had forgotten the had different fish plates on the menu. I had never ordered any fish from them in the past, but I recently saw a commercial, I believe. The friend that I was with at that moment reminded me how good they were. Dinnertime that night was, as you might have guessed was Culver's for fish and chips.
WoW!!! 555555 across the board.
Service food everything was just fantastic.
Some things folks should know there are a few things some Karen's or Ken's may perceive as negatives, time for those Pain in the Arse types to begin their mantra of unjustified complaints.
With excellent places to eat, at peak times expect a delay. Typically 15 to 20 minutes from ordering to delivery to your car, window, or counter.
The parking lot during peak times will be packed that you might have to resort to parking nearby as I saw many folks doing, caregul at your own risk you could be towed by another business if they see you do so. Just best judgment if you do so. I used drive throu and 15 min I ordered and drove up to window and picked up my large order 84 dollars worth.
Some folks had stated pricey. I believe that to be a relative term, everything is pricey due to inflation as late. Since this is not the economics part of this review, skip it for another time. I feel I received great value for my money. I received wonderful tasty food prepared fast but, most importantly, properly cooked.
If anyone purchases something for less, I expect they may anticipate everything of that experience to possibly be less than. Don't expect superior quality service food and price and not expect a possible premium price. If your goal is the cheapest cost overall, I can assure you they are not the cheapest. Please do not come to their restaurant only to gripe about such an unreal expectation.
However, if it is The Best snd Greatest Experience overall, please try them out.
You may just discover why Culver's has not been your go-to all along.
It's all good. You can change that today.
Enjoy. I hope you found this...
Read moreJust want to say how sad it is too see a Culver’s I had the privilege of opening and be a part of for a long time to what it is now breaks my heart the shift manager that was on duty on Sunday with long hair, handling money and not changing her gloves the other kid at the front with the curly hair drinking from his cup underneath the cash register when I first pulled up. I went through the drive-through first, but there was no lights on so you couldn’t even see the menu cars were using flashlights to look at the menu the store stinks really bad like old mop The cook in the back had her hair down And not once did I see one of the employees change their gloves after touching their faces or their hair etc. then I got my food to go and I got a large onion ring when I ordered but I did not get that one. My order came up and I got six onion rings in my With my meal and they were cold definitely need to work on the store who’s running it And I’m not saying that in a negative way I’m saying that because the store means so much to me with all the memories I have The friends that we lost the friends that we saw succeed the store has history. My kids baseball Plaque still hangs on the wall for when they sponsored my son’s baseball Team You definitely don’t feel welcomed when you walk through...
Read moreI'm not a fan of maggot burgers with flies on the side. My wife just got out of the hospital from a bowel perforation, she has a limited diet and plain chicken is one of the few things she can have.
We've had the same meal the past three dinners from this location, but today we got a heavily seasoned chicken breast with a grilled fly (no that is not a misspelling) next to her sandwich.
I decided to check my sandwich and the cheese was definitely molded. Needless to say we will not be eating at this location again. Who knows what illnesses people might get from food they don't thoroughly check.
What's worse that when we contacted them (we didn't want the whole meal comped, just the cost of the chicken sandwich) they proceeded to tell us about a time they had flies crawling out of their salad and demanding proof (in the form of bringing the sandwich back, probably so they could serve it to someone else).
This is ridiculous and poor customer service. Even corporate didn't seem to care, saying that each location is individually owned as if that was some kind of explanation. So, if our voice will not be heard by the restaurant itself, I'll make sure it is heard everywhere, we've already filed a complaint with the...
