I came in early this morning wanting to order a drink I used to order a long time ago. I honestly forgot what it was called so I asked this guy If he could help me out starting w “i don’t remember what it’s called but I know it had a white raspberry flavor at the bottom and it used to be pink....” etc he looks at me like I’m stupid and says “I don’t know what you’re talking about our raspberry is clear..” so now I’m confused because I know what I’m talking about. So I say well I know the raspberry is a substitution for vanilla or something like that and it has caramel in it..” and he says “so what is? Is it caramel, vanilla or raspberry I don’t know what you’re talking about” so I then ask for someone else to help me and he continues to say “I’m very knowledgeble here..” obviously not if you don’t know what I’m talking about. LUCKLIY one of the employees heard us talking and SHE knew what I was talking about. She then processed to take my order. Thank you so much!!! Wish i had names to give you but i know damn well I don’t want him to ever try to...
Read moreNot a good experience for me. I can't believe that barista wasn't rational in her thinking or reasoning. I had ordered an iced coffee. When I picked it up it wasn't cold enough for me so I asked for a small cup of ice and was told that she couldn't give me one because the ice machine was low on ice. I explained that my drink wasn't cold enough for me. She proceeds to tell that she remake it and I asked if she could put in extra ice and she replied yes. I then said you can remake my coffee with extra ice but you can give me a small cup of ice? Seriously!!! That is ridiculous and not very cost efficient. So she remade my coffee while the long line in the drive thru waited. Did I mention that I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. So I know they were busy. I think Starbucks needs to educate their employees. A simple tall cup of ice would have sent me on my way and the line would continue to move. Oh my word. It is sad there is no common sense in the...
Read moreThey always seem understaffed or like it's new people who can't keep up with even a couple of guests. I avoid this location. Last time I went because it was the only one on the way to the airport that accepted mobile orders, so I just left REALY early. I ordered my drink, and another drink without ice, for the person I was picking up so that their drink wouldn't be watered down by the time they made it to the car. At the drive through, 2 cars ahead of me, and 15min later I get to the speaker box. I asked for a cup of ice( so i can add to drink once friend gets to car), the girl said they can't give ice. I asked if I could just buy another drink (I could drink the tea and have ice left over) she said no since it would be for ice. .........???? I didn't have time to explain how starbucks probably wouldn't have minded me buying...
