Be warned this is just another Herbalife MLM shop. For a place that has the word "nutrition" in their name you'd think they'd live up to that standard yet there were zero fruits or vegetables within view to prepare drinks, instead there was an array of powders and syrups sitting on their white counters. Sad to see customers being scammed into buying so-called healthy drinks with no actual credibility and most likely taking advantage of customers by using their fitness group to recruit more distributors and push their product. I came here to grab a quick bite before an interview, and it was a great choice! The owners were very welcoming and kept great conversations. The food is indeed pricey, so I chose a snickers protein shake, one of the less expensive options. It was very yummy! I love the variety of flavors and supplements they have.

My only complaints, albeit minor, are the menu and the atmosphere. Their menu does not include caloric content, which I feel should definitely be included at a nutrition establishment. Regarding the atmosphere, there were young kids briefly running behind the counter, which I feel is a safety and health concern.

Found this spot on Google during my lunch break and almost missed it since there’s no sign outside. Glad I walked in — the owners were really welcoming and helpful explaining the menu without being pushy.

I got the cucumber lime strawberry refresher with electrolytes and B12 which I thought was cool. They sell a bunch of healthy things. I was interested in the protein shakes, they sounded really good but at the time I was craving something to quench my thirst.

They mentioned they also offer free workouts during the week, which is a great touch.
