Placed order for delivery and 45 minutes later I washing dishes like my phone hasn't gone off once, no one has knocked on my door. I told my husband to grab my phone and check and go out side and see what the order status said on the app. The app said "delivered hope you enjoy your pizza" uhmm.. we never got our pizza. Never received a phone call or anything. So I called the store to try to figure out what happened with the pizza and the gentleman I first spoke to was really pleasant and tried to get me information. Then some guy gets on the phone and said hi I'm John the manager and starts in scolding me because our driver called your phone 5 times and the address you provided... I tried to get a word in to let him know that I never received a call and he became very aggressive and verbally abusive with me the customer. I was blamed for the whole situation. I became upset with him and started I admit to get frustrated because I am a former abuse survivor. My husband is the same calm one in our relationship and saw I was starting to become distressed. He grabbed the phone and tried to mediate what was happening John hung up. My husband tried to call again and continued to get hung up on. Then I called and got the REAL manager who said she was informed of the whole situation and that we were aggressive and using foul language. Which is completely incorrect and thank goodness the calls are recorded for corporate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A SITUATION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EASLIY FIXED BY A COUPLE OF WORD CHANGES OR ACTIONS. Read moreI came in to a too busy crew. After waiting i tried to be helpful and place the order at the kiosk. Well the payment reader doesn't work. It took my payment. He said no thats why its pending, we will cancel it 3 to 5 days the bank will provide a refund. This was Aug 18th. I have been calling and no answer holding for 45 min an hr.. just waiting with no answer ever! So today I had to walk tp store 7668 to speak with Anthony Rocco, and again walked in not a hello not how can I help nothing. He spoke to a man about an application and football. Finally acknowledged me and began a process of pushing me off. Oh well we can settle that now he said. Nothing was settled, he said it's the banks fault they didn't do it on there end! He was so rude and dismissively unwilling to do anything. He began to spew Customer care information as though I'd remembered everything. Had to say no write it down. They are so young and careless in this location. I will never eat from any dominós or ever use them for business purposes either anymore. No answer at customer care he says oh we only communicate via email. Phone numbers are an obsolete concept. Sad no one from the location not the GM apparently not the regional who was apparently made aware of the issue. Not even an apology for the inconvenience of not answering the phone for the weeks I've been reaching out. Not an apology for how long I waited in the building before I was even spoken to. Read moreThe manager is lazy and they should probably get a new one. We called at around 11:20 or 11:30 and we wouldn’t get an answer. We kept calling until about 11:45. I went online to order and read that as long as the order was placed before mignitht it would still be processed. The order probably went through at around 11:55. I got my confirmation and everything. As soon as that happened, the manager called us. She said she was cancelling our order because they were not taking orders. I would understand that except that dominos states that you can order up until midnight and I feel like it’s wrong that they cancel an order that you get a confirmation on. If she would’ve taken the call at 11:20, this wouldn’t have happened neither. Thanks to that problem it was too late to order from anywhere else other than fast food places.
The next day we try ordering again and this time it seemed like everything was fine. My boyfriend went to pick it up and it was around 11:40 or maybe 11:45. The manager was there again and she told him that he couldn’t pay with cash because she closed the register already. He only had cash. I get that they put those rules if their clocking out time is midnight but they shouldn’t let you order or they should make you aware of this. The website says something else. Clocking out time shouldn’t be the same as closing time. What if I place an order for 20 pizzas and only have cash and go pay at 11:45? Will they be thrown out?
