If I could I would rate this place a 0, I came here before they where nicer and the food was decent, still half the meat was fatty. Barley any fries in my order, so small, the guacamole was so nasty, no flavor. I just came here again today and I told the lady I am going to buy something I need to use the bathroom really bad and she was acting like she was brand new asking the lady questions I told her I will order something can I use your bathroom please in the most respectful way, and she went back to the lady again and she asked me am I going to buy something, I said yes I am I need the bathroom I told you I was going to buy something, while they don’t know I speak Spanish and she is speaking bad about me telling the worker in Spanish I’m giving them problems, and I asked again may I use the bathroom and she said what are you ordering, I said you know what just a drink then can I use the bathroom I was gonna buy food but now I’m not and I asked one last time can I use your bathroom now, and at that it was my kid trying to use the bathroom, I don’t look like a crackhead I have my son with me I’m dressed and so is he, they refused to let us use the bathroom so I didn’t want anything anymore, where are the workers from last week they where amazing, now these workers where rude, disrespectful, and not proper taking about me in Spanish I am fluent, I may not look like it but I am. Read moreFirst off. The card machine was not working and the cashier wanted to take my card with him to the back to reboot computer. I kindly asked him to hand my card back to me while he goes to the back. Well, he did not like that and made the following smart comment " You act like Im going to steal your card or something". Excuses me!!! it's my card and if I ask for it back, you need to do just that!!!!!!. Second, the cheese enchilada's were cold (cheese was not melted at all) and the cook put a huge amount of hot and cold beans on the plate and hardly no rice. I called to let them know, not so I could get refund or free food but to let them know how unsatisfied I was, and no one has money to just throw away. When I was explaining how i received my food and that I was unhappy, the same guy answered and kept trying to interrupt, I was not going to let him talk over me. When you're not being asked for a refund or a remake for food, the smart thing to do would just be to hear the customer out. Apparently he's the manager(at least that's what he said), he could not just own that fact that maybe this order was not done with our best efforts, and since he could not own it, he decided to hang up on. me. That is not how you fix the problem for the next customer that shows up to your establishment. Bad behavior will continue until its addressed. I appeal to the owners to retrain and maybe find it in your budget to add a few more people to your morning staff to help with the rush...
Read moreTonight we went there, my husband wanted Mexican food. I was hungry, id been sleeping for 18 hours, I just went thru surgery on thursday, definitely not fun, so we decided home base filibertos, we didn't much of a wait, my husband and I ordered. We waited maybe 6 mins for the food to be handed to us. I was too tired and sore to go through everything as normal, we get home and come to find out.. my order was missing the sour cream I requested, and paid for. My corn tortilla was very hard on the bottom. I couldn't even crunch it. Too tough also. The rice was not very flavorful, not enough sauce tonight. Very nice employees.
Normally: It's hit and miss in drive through. But I always get very good. Tender, flavorful, perfectly baked corn tortilla, never over.
Tip: 1 person handles all condiments, drinks, quick sides, then hands the food to the window person as it's ready. They'll bag it when its all together checked for accuracy. Before she/he/they/them bag the food they check the food with the receipt, they personally bag it and they put their initials on the receipt. They'll keep taking orders, but have a quick enough pause to do the food to receipt check and initial.
I wish every restaurant with a drive thru would do that, to have the best service possible. Happy people, happy business.
