Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Glendale

Where to start…

They hired a bunch of people (me included) in February. The first few days we weren’t able to clock in nor out but was told they would adjust our times into our checks. They LIED!! Freddy’s Corporation didn’t think anyone was going to check so they didn’t bother to input our time worked into our checks so to this day NOBODY HAS GOTTEN PAID from February! I don’t know if that is legal? I’ve been asking BRYAN (owner) since our VERY FIRST paycheck that mine was incorrect. He admitted and acknowledged that I was missing hours and they would just “throw it on the next one”. I’ve kept all my clock in and out sheets to prove to him Freddy’s is NOT PAYING US correctly!

I’ve been kicked off the schedule and kicked out of work chat for NO REASON nor explanation. I’ve tried messaging and contacting Bryan yet he treats this as a break up with me and is ignoring all contact?? I had to go into Freddy’s to try and figure out what’s happening?? I asked him MULTIPLE times if I was fired and if so what’s the reason. In the end he told me I resigned which is NOT TRUE?! So to this day not only am I now not working, they STILL aren’t willing to pay me my money.

Bryan told me in fact that I was hired at the wrong $$ amount so he will go back into all the hours I’ve worked and deduct to see how much I OWE HIM???!!! Incorrect! They hired me and my check was incorrect so they fixed my hourly rate. If anything, Freddy’s Corporate owes me from the money they haven’t paid and for the wrong hourly amount on my checks!

All I want is my money, and if I’m fired. For Bryan to actually be a owner and handle it the correct way, not as I’m leaving tell me he wants me to work there and he’ll be in touch soon? Very confusing and poorly managed!

I’ve tried contacting HR and Corporate. NOBODY has gotten back to me. I will contact Better Business Bureau next but I feel this is all ridiculous! PAY...

Went to pick up dinner for my wife and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, with no cheese and said she had an intolerance of cheese / food issues as well as ordering lettuce and tomatoes. When I received the food it was the breaded chicken and it had cheese on it! The manager took the order to remake it. When we got home and my wife opened it. The sandwich was thrown together, barely any lettuce ordered it with Freddie's sauce.. No sauce was on it and it also had cheese with what looked like someone actually took a bite out of it. We have been to this Freddie's 4 times. The first time was when it first opened up at this location. The only thing that was correct on that order was the tea that I actually got myself from the machine everything else was wrong and cold. We decided to try it again the food was cold fries were cold.. Some of the order was wrong. The next visit was definitely better but part of the order was also wrong. Then this last order.. Again wrong. They are consistent with getting the orders wrong even if repeating it multiple times. So if you want food that you can plan on it being wrong and cold this is the place. Seriously disappointed especially when I was trying to get food my wife wanted to eat but they couldn't get her order correct.. On any of the visits..

Highly disappointed.. Apparently you should just say.. Give me what ever you decide to make the way you decide...

Although our food was very good can't complain on the service either the only concern I have basically is dining in I was disappointed me and my significant decided to end our lovely day together with a meal from Freddy's at this location one way in One Way Out parking is super tight and that could be overlooked if the inside was clean I was bummed out because we wanted a booth and every single one was filthy the floors were slippery and the overall atmosphere inside was just undesirable will we come back to this location probably not drive through could certainly be an option aside from that very disappointing I guess you can call me spoiled because my first encounters was Freddy's in San Diego it was a staple in our visit every time we were there we made sure to sit and enjoy juicy burger the atmosphere was so clean and comfortable I had just assumed that all locations would be like that so when I noticed we had one in the area in which we were visiting I thought let's go but to my surprise the end result is what it was management if you're reading this you need to seriously take notice of your SHOP!, and the only reason I did not post pictures it's because I think I have embarrassed you enough why go overboard just clean up...
