I went in to the Taco Bell to get lunch with My Mom @ 4351 West Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302. I walked up to the front desk to ask the employee if they can help me with the Taco Bell App or see if they could do the same deal in store because I was having trouble. I was immediately told to use the kiosk without any customer service. I proceeded to try and figure out my order on the app because the kiosk didn’t have the Meal for 2 I was looking for. The meal I ordered should have came with 2 Crunchwrap Supremes, 2 soft tacos, 2 burritos, and 2 nachos. When my order came out not only was there a hair 🤢in one of the items! It was the wrong order! They instead gave us the Veggie Meal for 2 but neither of us are vegetarian or wanted the vegetarian items. It simply wasn’t what we wanted. I asked the manage kindly if he could please exchange the items for the correct meal because they are the same price. The management proceeded to lecture My Mom and I about how Taco Bell is a Buisness and they can’t loose money on items returned. My mind was blown with this absurd customer service 🤯. I have never heard of or seen anything like this in my life. All they had to do was exchange 4 items that didn’t match up with The Veggie Meal. I have worked in high end restaurants for 10 years! I have never heard of such preposterous customer service. I informed the manager I not be taking the wrong order. The manager made a couple more disrespectful remarks while telling us to take it up with the Taco Bell App because they are a franchise and didn’t have to do anything. He then turned his back to My Mom and I. I had a. Appointment I was in a hurry to get to so I could not address the nonsensical situation at hand any longer. I left the food and just took the $14 charge without refund because not only were they helpless. It’s been a couple days now to get a response through the Taco Bell App. The manager was beyond Rude to My Mother and I. Needless to say this location is the WORST! I have never and would never treat a customer like that in a million years! It’s just Not the RIGHT way to run a business. 🤦♂️ I hope this review helps people avoid a situation like this and Hair In their Food! 🤮 I still have not received a refund. It...
Read moreEvery time I get a Mexican pizza or tostada, the toppings/sauce are ALL to one side of the box as if they put it in the bag sideways and shook up purposely. Have been there now almost 10 different times and this happens EVERY single time. I don’t understand why it keeps happening- I usually open it within second after leaving the drive-through and it looks like they just threw it in the bag.
I went back in today to give them another chance - and when I pulled out of the drive-through with the bag flat on my lap still, parked and opened it- and this is what I see(picture)! Like how hard is it to just put the toppings on there I don’t understand. The lady at the drive-through window did not put it sideways.
I was so annoyed I walked back into the store, showed the drive-through worker that I just saw- she went over to talk to the two ladies working making the food and said something to them in Spanish- then she comes back and tells me it’ll be remade. I didn’t even necessarily want it. I just told her this keeps happening and I wanted to know why. It legitimately seems like they are just pissed off at their jobs or something. The two ladies at the lake station kept looking over and giggling at me. And then handed me my food didn’t apologize nothing. I’m not eating it of course because I don’t have a clue what they could’ve done to the food and by the way, they were acting. I definitely don’t trust it now. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. Went onto the corporate website and put another complaint in. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I get it’s just cheap fast food but it’s the point of it. I wasn’t rude or mean or Karen at all so unsure why they continuously keep messing up the food purposely. Will not be going will start just going to Del...
Read moreIt's hard to BS a former manager of TB, but the last visit was bad. Why is there only 1 cash drawer open? The drive thru. No one had a drawer in the front. That means unless the customer makes their own order and then pay electronically, you won't get food. Card or no food. No drawer means no cash payments. That means the store doesn't get cash sales! Also, the digital order menu doesn't have all the options, so I could not get what I wanted. More so, if we make our own order and take the time to navigate the menu, why can't the cooks follow the directions? I can't eat dairy, but I had sour cream, cheese, and nacho cheese on my taco and chalupa and burrito. Also, the lifetime of chalupas is 15 mins because they get hard after that. My chalupa was hard and barely warm. I always, and I mean that, always get my burrito grilled, but I did not get them grilled even though I chose that option in the menu. Feedback at the store is useless since the managers can't fix these issues, not that they won't, although they should. Feedback needs to be online and posted so everyone can see, including the brand. Get someone who knows how to talk to customers in the front! Have more cash drawers than just the DT. Make sure the orders are correct! Follow tacobell guides on food prep and times!
