Do not order online with this company! This is the third time we have had major problems but this is the worst. We ordered gluten-free pitas which they charged us for and when my husband picked it up they said the order was good. After I looked at the pitas I didnāt think they looked right so I called and the girl said are they thin? I told her no she said they were not gluten-free and that in fact they had no gluten-free in stock anyway. I asked her why she didnāt let my husband know and all she said was sorry. I asked for my money back she would not oblige. I ask for the manager or ownerās number and she would not give it to me. When I explained I couldāve been deathly ill her only comment was sorry. She promised to call me back and never did. She knew they had no gluten-free pitas and put the correct number we had ordered in our order anyway. She had multiple opportunities to let us know and did not. On top of it they kept our money for the extra charge that they charge for...

Where do I even start? This is hands down the worst food experience Iāve had in a long time. What was supposed to be a traditional gyro turned out to be an absolute disaster. The meat was bland, dry, and slapped together with no care. Itās an embarrassment to even call it food. This is not a gyro; itās a joke.
Now, letās talk about the service. The lady with glasses was an absolute nightmare. Iāve had better customer service at a fast food drive-thru at 2 AM. She was rude, condescending, and completely uninterested in helping. It was like I was bothering her just by being there. Her attitude was appalling and if thatās how they treat customers, they deserve to go out of business.
The whole experience was a slap in the face. The food looked like it was thrown together by someone who clearly didnāt care. I wouldnāt feed this garbage to my dog, let alone pay for it. Avoid this place at all costsāyouāll be doing yourself...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this place. Been going to the Avondale location for years. Being Middle Eastern I have such a hard time finding decent Middle Eastern food. First time I went to the Pita Kitchen I was shocked that I didn't need to add any salt, lemon or oil to the Tabouli salad or hummus. I thought wow I came on the right day, thinking it was a one time thing, but in all the yrs I've been going I never had to. Then I got adventurous and ordered the falafel (I'm very picky about falafel) ...omg now I can't go without getting an appetizer order. Their meat and chicken is always moist and cooked to perfection too. If you have not been there, you need to go.
This is an addition to my review, I still think it's great but I'm very disappointed with the new menu. They had a lot more choices and they took away the Tabouli. It was the best thing that they had š.
No I take it back, tonight's dinner was so disappointing. That's too bad. Guess it the end to...
