Made a door dash order at 7:13pm the dasher got there at 7:53pm & was denied the 1 bag of dog food i purchased 🙄 im sure she was there a little earlier I got the message they would Not give it to her at 7:53pm it that just seems kinda sloppy to me on the customer service end via it was already PAID for..I did this cause found a homeless mother dog with 4 pups I doordashed via I was calling around to shelters & the humane society & waiting with them cause the 1st place I called said the couldn’t get out there till the next morning to look for them I can’t take anymore dogs home cause I already have 5 but wanted to leave the whole bag of food out for them they even looked big to still drink off her & poor mama was skinny with her nips dragging the ground I had to give those pups some trash fast food they didn’t mind of course but that’s not what I wanted to do if you don’t like your job or have compassion for the field you work for just work somewhere else if I worked for a pet store & 1 bag of dog food was ordered & paid for even if they were a few mins or whatever after closing & I could just hit on the doordash tablet it was picked up I’d give it to them cause I don’t know their position they can have a hungry dog at home nevertheless their feeding a dog/dogs. Ive never been to this place my order went there I guess cause it was the closest pet store to where I was at but now they will NEVER get my business & if I were the owner I’d be upset you rather refund a. $50+ bag of dog food than to hand off the already purchased item & go about your last 5...

Amazing products for my Australian cattle dog mix. They sell ACANA dog food which is AMAZING, and Tuscan Naturals bar shampoo for dogs. ACANA is so good that my dog only needs a heaping 1/2 cup at every meal because there is no filler. With the pedigree food the shelter gave me to feed him, he needed 2 1/2 cups every meal because it was so full of filler. I think you must be authorized by ACANA to sell their food, you cannot buy it online and this is one of the only stores that sell it. The bar shampoo makes my dog smell like a whole foods, and I have given away a few bars as gifts because everyone always comments on how soft and good smelling my dog is. The employees are also always great. Everything I have bought has been on recommendation (food, shampoo, paw cream, etc.), and they have not steered me wrong. They also carry the big bags of food out to your car for you. I even met with one of the employees outside of working hours once to talk about how to get my dog healthy (My dog had kennel cough and multiple infections when I got him, and still has Valley Fever). Very caring people with good knowledge of the products. I will say that this store is expensive, but also they have knowledgeable people and some specialty products that you cannot buy anywhere else. I always go here for foods, creams, or things that go in or on my dogs body. Things like toys, leashes, beds, etc are quite pricey here and you can find them other places, so there isn't much point of buying those products here. I highly...

This place is AWESOME! You should definitely bring your dogs here! I came here for the first time to use the self service pet wash and the manager explained how to use it and how to get the most bang for my buck. Me and Bolt spent an HOUR there because I haven’t been able to de-shed him at home and let me tell ya, this HELPS!!! I’ll be bringing ALL my animals here because the service is great and instead of paying over $100 for him to be washed and de-shedded I only spent $14+tax. And if I could post the video of just how much hair I was able to get off him yall would be shocked and running to this place! As you can tell Bolt is a GS and he is double coated and I’m so thankful for this place. Great prices and great customer service is what is gonna keep me coming back!!
