I don't typically tip in places like this because I'm getting so tired of being asked for tips everywhere I go for every little thing. Also, I work a job that is historically known to receive tips, work for tips because the regular wage is so low. So I'm kind of opposed to all the tipping requests every single place you go. Usually when I say "no" to the tip prompt, at best I get a reluctant farewell or am completely ignored, at worst, I get a really dirty look. The sense of entitlement over receiving tips is absolutely INSANE! (Do these people not realize they are shooting themselves in the foot by being so demanding, rude, and greedy? You're going to push people to stop giving tips altogether. You're risking your job security but not doing your job correctly, not maintaining composure and good customer service when something like this happens. You're not OWED A TIP!) Sorry for the tangent. But a nice young man at this location made my sandwich well. I said no to the tip prompt, as I usually do, and then he proceeded to tell me where the napkins and whatever other stuff are in case I needed them and to wish me a nice day. He was super nice and pleasant and didn't seem at all annoyed that I did not tip. THIS is how it's supposed to go. THIS is how you provide good service. So after I paid with my card, I was so impressed that I dug into my wallet for a tip. Which again, is something I never do at these kinds of establishments. I'm also in a transitional period and I'm not working at the moment, so it wasn't a big tip but still. I will probably go back and tip him some more. And I hope this review will bring this location more business because it is a good subway and they provide good service and food. But this last part brings up another point...you don't know what's happening in someone's life so please don't shame people for...
Read moreI have never had a terrible experience with Subway until today!!! The worker was great, super nice, but the food was absolutely terrible. I got a spinach wrap with turkey, provolone cheese and vegetables. I took my first bite into the wrap and I bit on something really hard, I thought I broke my tooth until I took it out of my mouth. I had another bite and the exact same thing happened. I showed the worker and I absolutely hate complaining and will deal with most things because stuff happens and itâs real people working with real food. I showed him the two hard pieces that I took out of my turkey and told him I was really grossed out and just wanted to let him know so no one else had to deal with that. He didnât say much except for âoh Iâll look into that.â Which I was a little shocked by considering something was in the meat that shouldnât have been there. I continue to eat even though very disgusted, and I look at my sandwich, and it has the same hard brown piece that you canât break with your finger! I am so disgusted by whatever what was in my food. I peeled this out of the turkey. Subway is the only fast food place I really go to and I donât even think I can without being totally horrified and nauseated. I have a picture I am just not sure how to link it on here, I am hoping someone will contact me before reaching out to corporate...
Read moreSuper rude and disrespectful , manager Eric has zero customer service skills . The young women making the sandwich must of been having a bad day when we asked if there was different tomatoes she got flustered and said their all like that , said ok⌠and then when it came to ask for condiments she drenched the sandwich is mustard and Mayo still mad about the tomato question⌠my husband asked to speak to the manger which is Eric and he kept on repeating himself telling him we were still mad about tomatoes LOL!!! The only one mad about tomatoes was Eric and the girl. What we were addressing was the attitude that was uncalled for. No reason to be nasty and rude cause you canât handle confrontation when your called out for being rude. Do better completely unnecessary all around . Donât work in customer service or the food industry if you canât be bothered with a question or asked to fix something you messed up . Again wasnât mad about...
