First of all I cannot say enough about this amazing store and the owners. If you enjoy "cookie cutter" designs with no originality good for you- I DO NOT which is why this is the only Jeweler I will ever use. Why? Trust - The owners and staff are honest, hardworking and have integrity. You know that the product you are purchasing is top quality. Also if you give them your precious family heirloom stones, like I did, you get them back. (my family has stories of stones being "replaced") You can rest assured that your jewelry is in the hands of professionals.
Online jewelry purchases and chain stores just can't compete with the quality, and can you really trust that the gem you purchase is not a well-designed fake? I certainly am not willing to chance it, I am shopping with people I trust.
Originality - The jewelry in this store will meet every expectation for even the pickiest shopper. Each piece is unique and beautiful. From timeless elegant pieces to unique original designs, you will never see a copy of your custom piece on anyone else. Need a 2 carat solitaire? Everything about your gem will be a beautiful piece that you can enjoy daily you may see another rings similar to a basic setting but you will know that your gem was chosen with care from someone that knows everything about that specific piece - not chosen from a shelf. Rest assured that every piece is a classic that can be passed from generation to generation. Treasures' staff will treat each and every customer with respect and kindness as they work to provide a product that will bring joy to the owner.
Customer service - above and beyond the competition - every time I am at the store I am delighted with my visit. Everything from a new necklace chain to the custom stones they carry will delight you. These local owners are the people you want to support.
A short story to help you understand the professional and creative owners you are working with when you shop at Treasures. My family has heirloom gems that we are gifting to my daughter as a graduation gift. My daughter is very artistic and had a vision in her mind of the perfect piece of jewelry. We sat down with Scott and she started sharing her thoughts with a design that would incorporate dragons, bunnies, her astrological sign and other creative concepts she was considering. WOW - Scott understood her completely, he did not chastise her, tell her it was not something he could do, or even begin to laugh. This man encouraged my daughter to share her vision and showed her pictures and drawings of creative concepts that came to mind while listening to her explanation. To me that is a demonstration of the top quality people you are working with at Treasures. Every customer is special, and they will work with you to find something perfect.
Treasures also helped me redesign my wedding ring to celebrate my 20th anniversary. Admittedly I am not as creative as my daughter and I am VERY PICKY. They presented me with ideas and suggestions and were patient and kind as I evaluated the choices. The best part - they stayed within my budget!!! No hidden fees, no fast talking sales - just honest, creative jewelers that LISTEN and work to provide you with jewelry you will love. ** My wedding ring is like nothing I had ever seen before and everywhere I go I receive compliments.
Bottom line - SHOP HERE - personally I will never shop with another...

If you expect them to honor their warranty, you need to choose elsewhere. This is about feeling confident & secure that the ring or jewelry you plan to have for the rest of your life was built with quality and integrity.
I am saddened, shocked and appalled at the lack of warranty and customer service provided by treasures. We had a good experience initially with Scott buying the engagement ring, and three wedding bands LESS THAN ONE YEAR AGO. Scott ordered my wedding ring set from Kashi. The rings had to be resized as they commonly do. I hardly wear my bands as I work in the medical field and with Covid didn’t want the frequent hand washing to be an issue. Last week, I noticed one the last diamonds was missing out of one of the bands. I called treasures and they said to bring it in and it would be covered as long as there was no damage. I brought the ring in & Scott is claiming there is damage to the end posts. Scott stated “if there were other loose or missing stones it would be a sign of bad workmanship but the one missing stone is probably from you hitting it on the car or washing machine.” Not being familiar with the jewelry industry (comparing it to cars) I sought out 2 other opinions. One large business claimed there were 5 loose diamonds plus the missing diamond. The second large reputable business showed me 3 loose diamonds and were shocked that Scott didn’t stand behind his work. They said this commonly happens with rings after being resized and pointed out that the posts were in fact not “sheared off”. One loose diamond is the exact same spot on the opposite side of the ring. I was told by the 1st & 2nd jewelers that he should stand behind his work. “Go back, tell him what we found and he is sure to fix it”.
When I went back to Scott, he continued to state it was damage & not bad workmanship. Then admitted one other stone is loose (in the exact same spot on the opposite side) as opposed to earlier when there were “no other issues with the ring”. Despite admitting there was another loose diamond, he still didn’t honor his warranty or workmanship. I expressed how I was shocked and disappointed. I left. I went to a third jeweler, who confirmed the same issues. (3 loose stones and 1 missing stone without “sheared off” posts).
Due to their incompetence, ego, and the lack of trust that they can even complete the work without errors, I am taking the ring to be repaired elsewhere.
If this is the service I am to expect, I am incredibly worried about the "lifetime warranty" on the other...
Read moreIf i could I'd rate 0 stars is not for a couple members of the staff. On April 1st 2018 my fiancee and I went to this shop. We were looking for a custom wedding ring. The owner sold us on his craftsmanship and cost. We had been quoted $2100 from another shop but with Scotts quote of $1800 it was a no brainer. The next day we recieved drawings of the ring. Uh oh...... All the stones were supposed to be square and the side stones were drawn round. No big deal. Also asked for the settings to be a bit different. Text back with these requests that day. No response. 2 weeks later after no word I reached out. Was told he was waiting on the center stone from Bangkok so he could re draw the ring to scale. Ok. Never had a ring made before so, more patients. Almost a month later still no word so I text again. Was told that the stones would be there in 2 days and we would get a new drawing then. This did actually happen. This time however we got a computer rendering. Problem was that the settings were exactly the same as the drawing, the side stones were still round, and now there are 5 on each side instead of the 3 requested. So the ring was actually more incorrect than the original drawing. We were asked at that time to come to the shop to look at the 2 options of center stone. We asked if 4:30 the next day would be ok. No response. We ended up having time around noon so we called and asked if that would be ok. We were told that 12:30 would be fine and that Scott would be there. We got to the shop and, no Scott. We were then helped by a lovely young woman and the actual designer. Very helpful, very attentive, very specific. Great! We recieved a new rendering 2 days late. It was perfect. Now to the cost. Original quote approx $1800. Now just under $4000. Why? Because apparently the owner, after quoting us $1800 went a bought a $1550 stone! Seriously? Who would do that?! And now 3 weeks from our wedding date. After wecve already waited a month and a half to get to this point. I was told Scott would call me. He did and left a message that said hi this is Scott returning your call. Returning my call? Do you even know who you're calling? Or Why? At this point I can't help but feel like this shop ate up the clock on this project in order to try to gauge us on the price. I do not believe that this is an ethical business or business owner. I'd look elsewhere...
