I was having the worst day yesterday. Visited this Starbucks to get a delicious white chocolate mocha to make it better. Was greeted immediately by multiple team members all who asked how I was and I lied twice. When it came time to order, I believe it was Katie that asked how my day was. I couldn't lie any more and told her it's been a rough one, but that's what coffee is for. Upon pickup, she handed me my coffee and gave me the cutest unicorn cakepop that I did not order. She handed it to me and told me it's going to get better. She is an all star and all around phenomenal human being. Totally made my day. I definitely recommend this Starbucks. This is my second time visiting and the staff are always friendly and the place is always clean.

First time visiting Starbucks Drive Thru @ Foothill Blvd former Burger King site (Rip 2016) closed for good. Awesome view, great atmosphere, service, friendly staff!! No issues at all. Perfect for customers and dogs sit outside. Customers and students sitting inside spend time chatting and studying and something else!! Excellent work for cleaning especially the floor. Iā€™ve never use the restrooms before but I bet itā€™s clean with fresh scent. I feel satisfied. Rewards member us worth it obtain points on the app. I donā€™t visit it very often once a while. Iā€™m craving for coffee. Very excitement.

They are attentive to customizations and even our doggo šŸ¶ approves of the puppicino! Worth mentioning that their merchandise (mostly cups) are on special clearance at the moment. Give this Starbucks a try!

The drive-thru lady was so sweet, bubbly, friendly and she ask how we was doing .. "trying to stay cool" it was so hot! Any way, I ordered Pumpkin Bread and Chocolate Chip Crumble Frappuccino and my Granddaughter ordered too. Sooo came down to paid and my card declined, oooh nooo, checked my bank receipt and it stated , post on the 3rd.... I cashed the check, so it was suppose to be a cash deposit , not a check depositšŸ˜.... so my granddaughter paid for hers with her gift card. well, she received her ordered and I was about to leave when she gave me my order, " I did not paid for this, I told her", whoo hoo I was blessed with my ordered. THANK YOU JESUS FOR , he saved my day, also THANK you drive...

Be careful parking lot entrance for car line!

While a car come out, I just trid to turn a little bit right to avoid the car but I hit under red block under right corner and I had a flat tire

I thought it was my faults but I saw a lot of cars had same situations and there are a lot of black marks on blocks people hit and blocks are pretty high.

I told the manager but they don't mind it. Thank you for nice customer service.

This will make many customer's car damage.

They need to do something about this!!!
