Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

I was having the worst day yesterday. Visited this Starbucks to get a delicious white chocolate mocha to make it better. Was greeted immediately by multiple team members all who asked how I was and I lied twice. When it came time to order, I believe it was Katie that asked how my day was. I couldn't lie any more and told her it's been a rough one, but that's what coffee is for. Upon pickup, she handed me my coffee and gave me the cutest unicorn cakepop that I did not order. She handed it to me and told me it's going to get better. She is an all star and all around phenomenal human being. Totally made my day. I definitely recommend this Starbucks. The drive-thru lady was so sweet, bubbly, friendly and she ask how we was doing .. "trying to stay cool" it was so hot! Any way, I ordered Pumpkin Bread and Chocolate Chip Crumble Frappuccino and my Granddaughter ordered too. Sooo came down to paid and my card declined, oooh nooo, checked my bank receipt and it stated , post on the 3rd.... I cashed the check, so it was suppose to be a cash deposit , not a check deposit😐.... so my granddaughter paid for hers with her gift card. well, she received her ordered and I was about to leave when she gave me my order, " I did not paid for this, I told her", whoo hoo I was blessed with my ordered. Be careful parking lot entrance for car line!

While a car come out, I just trid to turn a little bit right to avoid the car but I hit under red block under right corner and I had a flat tire

I thought it was my faults but I saw a lot of cars had same situations and there are a lot of black marks on blocks people hit and blocks are pretty high.

I told the manager but they don't mind it. Thank you for nice customer service.
