As I was telling the employee what I wanted on my sandwich, it felt like she was on a race. I asked for Heavy lettuce and she just sprinkled a little lettuce knowing I asked for Heavy lettuce. Again, I asked for Heavy lettuce and again she sprinkled a little lettuce. What is with these games? Seemed like she could read my mind, but she can't. I asked for half the sandwich with Honey mustard and she began to wrap the other half. I told her that the other half wanted a different dressing. It was like a race to finish the sandwich. This particular store is the worst we have ever gone to. The servers are the dregs of truly stupid humans. How they find them is amazing. We asked for the Reuben, which consists of corned beef, Swiss,and sauerkraut, with a Russian dressing, or thousand island dressing. What we found in our bag was corned beef with Swiss, and sriracha hot sauce. This is not the sandwich the store shows on its poster. There is no hope for this outlet. It is run by imbeciles. I didn't want that one star, but I had no choice. It doesn't count.

My experience here was very disappointing. The customer service was strange and uncomfortable. A woman behind the counter kept hovering over the man who was making my sandwich, watching him closely and acting in a way that felt tense and unwelcoming. The man seemed uneasy, and the overall interaction came off as rude and awkward.
