El Sabrosito Restaurant y Pupuseria — Restaurant in Glendale

I was so sad. I thought maybe I would get the same Papusa's as once before. It was fine then about a year ago. Correct and even. But what happened, this must be run by two very different people? I am not sure. Anyways... if you want to pay for half a Papusa for 5 bucks each, fine. If you like ones that are mostly hard outside and thin in one spot and thick super soft masa with no filling on the other side, and no love baked in, fine. But to be hungry after two Papusa is a crime. To only have really half and half because half was just masa on all of them..I felt like it was a trick. Like oh, that white girl won't know the difference. We don't want her back...be sure to make it so badly she never returns. Like what?!? It could be a super cozy hole in the wall...but it's got dead energy. Place was empty at 8 pm. Stuff all over...and stingy with the sides included. What is going on? It's so easy! The hardest part of a restaurant is actually getting the space to have one! Once you have it...it's all good in the hood..unless you just don't care. And no one cared last night, for sure.

Sad part is the flavor was great. So it could have been a five...

I guess 0 stars are not an option. First time I visited this place today 6/27/2021. Bought a few items from the menu besides pupusas. Some pan dulce too. Pupusas are horrible and the so was the rest of the food. Uncooked and old. The Pan dulce was rock hard. How can they have an A rating, when the inside of the place is disgusting? I would not be surprised if they gotten people sick already. $85 worth of food straight...

Very slow service. Order inaccuracies. Went with my family and it took 10 minutes for someone to approach us at the table. The staff was in a conversation with other customers prior to this. We ordered pupusas, waited 20 - 25 minutes and they were cold and brought out two at a time. I ordered a Tamarindo and the server, who apparently was the owner, brought back the...
