I went to the drive thru window and ordered the feed the fam deal. The employee said that that cannot be ordered. She continued to state it can only be ordered online. I told her I did not see anywhere on the app where it said online only. The employee said that she cannot put in because she did not have a button on her screen to order it. I asked her if I have to back up into the parking lot and order from the phone in order to get the fam meal deal. The employee told me that yes I could do that to place my order. No where on the Wendy's app does it state it has to only be ordered online! Do not offer menu items online and not honor them in person if the online app does not state that the item is online only! There were cars in front and behind me in the drive thru so I have to choose other menu items. Not at all happy. Then at the window the employee hands me three small sodas on a drink carrier. She then was handing my card back to me as she seen that I was trying to put the drink cups into my car holders in order not to spill. She did not have any patience and just kept saying here you go here you go. I said ok hang on thank you. After I received my food, drinks and card back, no receipt was given or offered in order for me to enter the receipt number for the corporate office. Read moreOver the last year or two service here has gone downhill. Many times they are slow even with only a couple cars in the drive thru, I can deal with that though because they are friendly and nice. But the rudeness we have experienced a few times isn't acceptable. I get it, its a hard job and not easy dealing with so many people. BUT not everyone they deal with is rude! Last night was just the last straw for me. 9:30 at night I wasn't feeling well and tired and my daughter was tired having worked 2 jobs that day. We just wanted a couple things, I know my order ahead of time would have been quick, simple , easy and I'm the person that always says thank you. No one in drive thru, had my window down already as the person came out the back door and the immediate rudeness complaining because someone just pulled up . Shut the door and was rude on the intercom. I've had it with rudeness if you don't like working there get a job somewhere else. Many places hiring everywhere. I did not order , said never mind and went elsewhere where they weren't rude. Most of the time if you treat people with kindness, friendliness and respect you will get the same treatment. I know there are ones that are just rude no matter what you do but that is not everyone. Thank you to the ones that are nice and friendly, keep up the good work. Read moreMy hubby and I went inside and place our order. I got a half salad and he got a number 2, which is a double. I paid and looked at receipt and his burger was rung up as a Baconator, which is more expensive. I told the cashier to fix it. She tried selling the Baconator, how great it was, etc. We said he wants the #2. She asked if he wants the bacon removed off the Baconator, he said he wants the #2. I gave her the receipt and asked her to fix it. I didn't care it was only $1 some difference. I wanted her to fix it. She rolled her eyes, got the manager and said, "they have a problem." This was YOUR mistake!! So the manager rings up the order...its now more expensive, charged me for a full salad. I said I wanted half. O.M.G! Finally he gets it right and I get my change for the price of the #2 back. We get home, what burger does hubby have? A Baconator!!! :( And to top it off, idk what they did to my taco salad but I ended up with food poisoning!!! I will never go back here.
