I don’t understand what is the issue in this location! There is ALWAYS an issue with something. Either the food I order is not ready / and the order is ALWAYS WRONG! How come you make the order wrong every single time. I order and I send my teen to pick up. When they see he is a child they always give him wrong and less food. I ordered 3 proteins with 2 fries for $25. I do need to get food for $25. He came in the car with 2 proteins / a biscuit/ and 1 small fries . WHY? Because he is a child and do not check his food?! I needed to drive through the traffic again so the fix the food that should be right in the first place. I order q twice a week and Every time there is an issue with pick up order. How hard is to get it right! They lie and cheat when there are children. Oh the manager say will give me big fries because I came back. Yes only ONE big fries that I quails to 2 small. They didn’t did nothing to fix it . The woman working there told me to go to another location!!!!! Ridiculous!!! I hope that’s not the statement of the manager of the store!!! One week later ! I do have to say I had completely different experience in this location after months of nonsense. This time I was able to find a parking spot easier since there was NO LINE INSIDE like always before. Everything was nice and very smooth. Before there were many lines and many people constantly waiting for their food and there was always misunderstanding. This time - TODAY - there was plenty of parking spots / all the door dash drivers will Be very pleased/ . I order my food I went it and my big bad was ready. I tried to show to the young girl what was my order she ask me for the name and for the first time My order was ready!!!! - didn’t needed to wait at all. And most important was absolute correct!!!! I walked up to the counter and was on the phone but when Tatiana asked me how she could help me I put my call on hold and responded that I was there to pick up an order. She looked me dead in the eyes, said something and turned around which I assumed meant she had heard me and was getting my order because at this time there wasn't anyone else ordering just someone else waiting but after a couple of minutes I realized she wasn't. I get close to the counter again and ask how the pick up for an order works like if I needed to show her a code or something on my phone as this was the first time that I ordered online and she responded saying that she had asked me what I needed before and how she didn't know if I was talking to her or someone else and made it seem like she wasn't going to help unless I got off the phone which I kind of understand but she didn't have to give me an attitude or be extremely disrespectful to say all that. She started asking me about my order and for every response I would give her she would reply back sarcastically. Overall she was being extremely rude and I'm not usually the type to write a review but her behavior and attitude was just uncalled for.
