Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

I ordered from this chipotle plenty of times and a majority of times my order was wrong. I only return for the ease and hoping they would get better because they were new. This is my last time going to this one. I ordered two burritos online. My fiancé picked up the order and brought them home. He didn't check the order before leaving HOWEVER it is not the customers' responsibility to ensure accuracy. One burrito was labeled for another order. So be it, I drove this time and we had them remake the burrito we thought to be missing. Once we got home, I started to eat the one labeled mine. After the first bite, I immediately knew it wasn't mine, and it had sofritos. I have extreme stomach sensitivities to soy. So once again, I drove there for the 3rd time to get it sorted. The worker looked at me crazy and the manager was dismissive, asking "well what do you want us to do?" I requested a new burrito, which was made then but I was told that I'd have to reach out online for a refund. I used to work at an establishment similar to this one, it is VERY possible for a shift manager to give someone a return but so be it. Got there at 8:15, there’s three people working, and I use that word loosely. One girl is working the register and the drive thru, one boy is scraping the grill for 10 minutes and the third girl is talking orders with a terrible attitude. You could tell she couldn’t care less. I order a kids cheese quesadilla, get a poorly wrapped piece of tinfoil slid down the line. I get an order of rice, an order of beans and an order of cheese sauce. She puts all three together. I didn’t realize till I got home. I order mine, the chicken Al Pestor or something like that. She asks bowl? I said I can get it in a burrito? Her answer with an attitude is “it doesn’t matter”. No yes or sure if you want, nope. She put the tortilla 3/4 of the way on and closing the press down. I should’ve just walked out then. She asks beans, I say yes black, we don’t have black beans.. like I’m inconveniencing her. I don’t expect her to be doing backflips out of the joy of working there but not being the most miserable person who doesn’t care at all. I normally like going to this chipotle because it’s 2 minutes from my house but lately the service has been HORRIBLE. The employees seem to always have an attitude. When I ask them for double portion (im paying for it) they act like they can’t give it to me like they’re the ones paying for it. I was creating multiple things at once (2 rice bowls and a kids meal) the lady put my lid on my bowl with ONLY rice and meat .. I told her I was not finished making my bowl and she got an attitude with me and started moving really slow. I asked her for sour cream .. no exaggeration this lady gave me a DROP of sour cream. I asked for peppers and onions she gave me 3 PEPPPERS YALL !!! I just laughed and kept it moving because I almost chewed tf out of her. Like excuse .. am I eating the food or are you? This experience was HORRIBLE Then to top it off they told me that had no more chicken for the night (this is right at dinner time! 6pm) so I had to pay extra money for steak ..
