First visit, within the first week of opening. 6/17/25 Roughly around 12pm
Ok, overall, my first visit here was pretty good. I was excited when I heard last year they would be opening a new buffet here. I like the clean new design they did inside. The bathrooms were very clean. The only real issue in the men's bathroom was that the locks on the stalls were sticking or not working at all.
The service was great and very friendly. The host was quick to seat ya, and the waitresses were very attentive to picking up any dirty dishes or napkins.
Now for the food. First off, I rate buffets slightly different. Hard to give a 5star to buffet food, unless it's really really good. Most max at a 4star. Overall, their food was pretty decent. Don't expect perfect in the first place because it's a buffet, but also it's their first week. So rating can change in time.
The sushi selection was great and very good. Just about all the items I tried were good. The only two I had an issue with was the Lo Mein and the Pork Belly. The Lo Mein was dry and hardish. The two Pork Belly peices I had were a bit tuff, but tasted ok. Next trip I go back, will have to try their Ramen and a few other dishes.
In conclusion, it's a new spot, so there will be a few wrinkles to iron out. Time will tell if they correct them and can keep the better quality of food and serving in the future years. It's definitely worth the visit, especially at lunch since it's all around $20. Dinner/Weekends are...
Read moreI visited today right at opening time. My food experience was excellent—everything was fresh, delicious, and honestly a 10/10 for me. The manager (or possibly the owner) greeted me and other guests warmly as soon as we entered. She was very welcoming and kind, which made me feel comfortable right away. 🤗 The only reason I’m giving 4 stars ⭐️ instead of 5 🌟is because of the server who took care of me. While I was eating my ramen, she came up and asked if I was finished. When I said “No,” she replied, “Still eating, huh?” which felt unnecessary and a bit odd. Later, when I went to get more food, I noticed her watching me and my plate, which made me uncomfortable. Because of that, I just decided to grab dessert and wrap up. While I was still in the middle of my dessert, she brought me the bill. That felt rushed, especially since I had only been there about 30–40 minutes (I know buffets sometimes have a 1-hour limit, but I was well within that). When I paid, I left an 18% tip lower than my usual because of how I was treated. What hurt most was after I paid, she showed my bill to her coworkers, said something in their own language, and they laughed. I don’t know what was said, but it made me feel singled out and disrespected, especially since I was dining alone. It’s a shame because the food was truly fantastic, and I would have loved to come back again on my own. 💔 If not for this service issue, it would’ve been a...
Read moreUpon entering you’re immediately greeted by not only a clean and up to date decor but friendly and polite staff who quickly sat us. Through out the meal they did a great job at keeping the table clean and the drinks filled up.
Now about what’s most important, the food!!!!
Wow is all I need to say. The food was fresh, constantly refilled, delicious and abundant. There was something for everyone. The sushi was freshly made the entire time we were there and it had to be some of the best sushi I had in a very long time.
The seafood tasted fresh and didn’t appear to be cooked from frozen product.
I didn’t get a chance to try the hibachi as there was just so much other stuff to try. There was fruits, ice cream, fruit teas, desserts, sushi, seafood aplenty, noodles, dim sum, beef, chicken. If you desired it they probably had it.
My only complaint is there was just so much I couldn’t try it all.
If you want fresh good, that tastes great, I’d highly recommend Osaka!
I also don’t get some of these reviews. Bland food? Def not! And 1 star over strawberries ? Why do you only have 2 reviews including that one and another in Nebraska. I don’t take 1 star reviews very seriously when the bulk of them are from people who have under 5 total reviews, especially when most of the high star reviews have 25 plus and some 200 reviews...
