After my recent experience, I can honestly say I will never go to any other T-Mobile store besides the T-Mobile on Blackwood Clementon rd. I was at a T-Mobile store on Crosskeys Road and the first words out of the reps mouth was, he cannot guarantee he can recover any information as my phone was completely smashed. The glass was broken as a truck ran over it. He then stated there was no way to recoup anything from pictures to documents, even though I had it backed up to the iCloud. We walked out of the cross keys road branch extremely disappointed. the rep had no knowledge of how to handle my situation and didn’t even try! In the beginning, the rep said they had a new phone I was going to purchase, but then when the rep saw my phone, he told me the phone I wanted was not in stock and that he couldn’t do anything. In a way, I am so glad the rep at Cross keys Road did not help us because when I got to the Blackwood Clementon Road branch, I knew I was in excellent hands. Jill saw my phone and went right in the back and got two brand new phones, and started her magic! She was just clicking away and then would hand me the phone and say change your password and then I gave it back to her and then she would hand me the phone and say sign in then gave it back to her and she would continue typing away, handing off the new phone to me as needed. Jill recovered all of my data, got me set up with a new phone and I was on my way! I have to say, the knowledge, experience, and customer service with a smile was the best I have seen in a very long time! Jill was not just Good, She was exceptional and exceeded my expectations! Read moreI didn’t like this store, they didn’t help to set up my phone, I switched from sprint to t mobile so the guy said everything was set and I can leave, so I left and I couldn’t use my phone because it wasn’t working, I went to the store to see if they can fix it and the guy said it dont work because I had to wait 3 hours until my number switched from sprint, so I waited 3 hors and still not working so I called me friend who works from t-mobile in Florida and I told her to check the account to see what happened and when she checked the account she told me that the guy from this store didn’t port in my number from sprint that’s why It wasn’t working, so I decided to go to another t-mobile and guy who was there helped me really fast and fixed the problem!! I have called T-Mobile customer service three times and each time I call they transfer me to the prepaid department where I wait on hold for hours with no answer. I was just on hold for over 3 hours with no answer. For anyone in T Mobile to think that this is acceptable is ridiculous. I would like to cancel my service. I would also like a pro-rated refund for the month of October as I have paid forward through the month and will not be needing service any longer. I even tried to go into the T Mobile store at 1480 Blackwood Clementon Rd, Clementon, NJ 08021 and was immediately dismissed. No one in the store could help me and simply directed me back to the same phone line that failed to even answer. This is ridiculous!
