Santini's Pizza — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Awful and horrible 😡😡😡 they took my order wrong , picked up, got it home - hubby picked it up( thought it was our our turnover)But it wasn't as I called to inform the owner , where is my pizza turnover like I have ordered with mushrooms weekly for 23 years - that I ordered this day , it sure wasn't this thing which was a fraction of the size and it wss thus Teenie good awful looking panzarottibasically when I called the owner right away & begged him to please to fix it as they took it wrong , he told me tough, I'll get use to the other omg how awful and just so Sad!! Well owner you people there Lost me & all my business , as I was loyal and so was all my family coming here, after almost 30 years of truly being a good customer &since this place never had any specials or ever any sales , in their lifetime, My turnover is close to$12-13 Bucks crazy but i paid it daily and I would buy 2 pizzas to for $35.00-$36.50 - too ,honestly you think the owner ego was very ignorant on the phone(he knew me) would've just corrected it, as business there is very few and far between , it's fading fast and they're the ones who screwed up&Fouled up in the first place"Goodbye Santinis"✋🏼You know that you Get tons oforders wrong from what I read & lived thru😡 And just simply know that should've went about this another way...

I saw the wonderful reviews on google and figured hey let's give it a try. Boy were we disappointed. My cheesesteak was both hot and cold at the same time had no seasoning aka salt pepper, no cheese that I could see and looked as though they only had enough to fill half of the roll. The one plus about the cheesesteaks was the fact that the meat wasn't stringy I truly despise that. The onion rings aren't real onion rings which is just horrible. My daughters got the chicken fingers with French fries the fries were undercooked to the point where I spit it out shortly after putting one in my mouth.😝 The chicken fingers seem as though they were baked. Hopefully after they're finished re-cooking in the oven they will be better. I also got an order of mega fries I was asked which size and asked how big a small was I was told "only enough for one person" so we went with the large. Again soggy fries a teeny tiny packet of kens ranch dressing( like the ones at wawa) and this horrible sweet taste. I'm not quite sure if it's whatever type of cheese wiz they used or the bacon?!?! the mega fries alone I just threw away $10. Overall I don't think we will be repeat customers. Maybe I should've read the reviews a little more carefully. They all say the pizza is good but don't dare order...

Thank God for Santini’s!! Family owned pizzerias are getting few and far between with franchises pushing them out of business. If you want real pizza, cheesesteaks, etc. Santini’s is the best around. They still use the best ingredients, great food, friendly service, and owners always remember you. You don’t have to go to Philly for a cheesesteak- go to Santini’s!! Yum!

UPDATE-MAY 4,2021 Just want to say that every word I said about SANTINI’S still stands! Again I just had the best homemade fried Panzerotti (some call a fried pizza turn over) not the little frozen ones. To this day the sauce is so good, everything is fresh made to order! It is hard to see them struggle in this pandemic. Another place with generations of family working together to build a business that is suffering. Couple years ago, you couldn’t get in the door from Friday to Sunday. And Wednesdays seemed to be everybody’s take out night. They still have business. But when I walk in at 4:30 on a Friday and there’s only 2 tickets hanging, it’s sad. SO PEOPLE WHO LOVE SANTINI’S STOP IN AND SUPPORT THEM. EVEN IF ITS JUST CHEESE FRIES, EVERY LITTLE...
