Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant — Restaurant in Goddard

I took my wife and two kids to Braums for dinner and ice cream tonight and my 4 year old son was being a little wild. He spilled his drink on the floor near our table, and a very nice gentleman employee, William, came over and quietly cleaned it up, listening to my son chatter away. Then he did something totally unexpected. He came over to my son, and said "I have something for you. Do you like coins?" And he handed him this coin that says "Kindness coin. You made me smile" and on the back it says "kind, caring, thoughtful, helpful, generous. That's you! PASS IT ON!".

For him to have taken the time to show kindness to my son, much less a customer who had made a mess he had to come clean up, truly meant a lot to me and it gave my wife and I (and oh my goodness our son) the biggest smiles. Thank you William for taking a moment to show that little act of kindness to our son. It meant the world! Tonight he's been keeping it close to him and even took it to bed. I hope the manager of Braums sees this and shows appropriate commendation for your...

Ordered the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich combo with a med peppermint shake and was given food and told to pull up for the shake. Sitting and eating my already cold fries with a hair in them I was grossed out...told the attendant when I received my shake. Then getting home I bit into the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten...and up to this point it was my new favorite sandwich. There was lil' to no pimento cheese, the chicken was cold and tough as beef jerky, and there was about a half cup of jalapenos. I enjoy spicy food but when it's used to cover up old our if spec food, it's not good business. I'll continue to frequent Braums...but not the one in Goddard. Please understand that even when you're busy, you must maintain the food quality standards set by the company. Hope everything gets worked out for the best. I Love Braums, but not after throwing away my food and putting my shake into a bigger glass to stir out the two big scoops of ice cream. Good Luck...

The food served is fast food. I can't really review that because the only reason I go to Braums is for their ice-cream or milk. It is the best I've ever had!! Braums is based out of OK and will only open stores within a certain distance of their source farm in OK so they can be certain of the freshness. And it makes all the difference! Their ice cream is amazing and so many flavors! Their milk is so fresh tasting! My stepdad came for a visit and I took him to Braums for ice-cream and he's upset now because they don't have a Braums where he lives. Not only taste and quality, but the price is SO reasonable!! I pay roughly $2.50 with tax for a double dip waffle cone. Their banana split is excellent. Pecan, Pralines & cream is amazing ice-cream along with cappuccino chunky chocolate, chocolate almond, butter pecan, etc.... My favorite is their Tuxedo Sundae which is one scoop of vanilla topped with hot fudge paired with a scoop of chocolate topped with marshmallow...
