Up until last month I would have given this place a five-star review. As of right now my experience was atrocious. We have eaten in there many times and the wood fire grill sandwiches were my favorite thing which were taken off the menu. They have no manager on staff during the weekends so the mistakes I did have couldn't be fixed. when I called to place an order I use the menu online and they informed me that the entire menu has changed and there was no way I could find it so I did the best I could and ordered what I knew. I ordered an All-American burger and a Philly cheese steak with a side of loaded tots but they do not sell tater tots anymore so they did it on fries. Not only did I get a completely different type of loaded fry which had jalapenos and barbecue sauce on it instead of bacon and cheese I was not informed of this. In addition my American burger was completely plain with nothing on it at all except for cheese. On the menu it says all the things that it comes with and when I called in to state this mistake they told me that it was on my part and that we have to tell the servers what we want on our burger. It was nowhere on the menu nor did she tell me that and thus it's my fault, she told me to call back when a manager was in so that I can talk to them because they don't do refunds. In addition to this the fries that I used to love they don't serve anymore they basically gave me dethawed frozen crinkle cut french fries from Aldi's. In addition to all of that they have marked up all their prices so the food is cheaper the quality is far worse the service was worse and the prices are more expensive for $55 I expected to have a good meal out instead we basically got what we could have made it home for 7 bucks. Read moreLast night we showed up for our 2 hour golf reservation at 6. The group in front of us played slow and wasn't finished yet. No big deal we waited 40 minutes past our reservation and started at 640. At 730 the next group arrived for their 8 reservation. A server greeted them and told them the situation and then offered the group a round on the house (for the exact predicament we were just previously in). To further add injury to insult. Then our server proceeds to walk up and inform us that because our time was nearing an end, the food we had recently order was going to boxed up to go. WE WERE NOT ASKED IF IT WAS OK, WE WERE TOLD IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. And that the best they could do was reimburse us 30minutes of golf time. When we said that wasn't ok we were going to play our 2 hours, the waiting group was offered another discount for their inconvenience. After our time, I asked to speak with the MoD. A server claimed she was the "manager" and listened to my complaint and said sorry that's not ok. Never offered anything nor had a solution. Called them this morning asking to speak with the manager and was told there isn't a manager in today. What restaurant doesn't have a manager working on a Saturday! However just 2 days later I wanted something else (I actually have a very finicky stomach and have a hard time finding things to eat that my body won't throw up so when I find something I can eat I get very excited) cut back to when I called to place an order I was told the kitchen was shut down( not the problem you are allowed to fix up the kitchen for business) the problem is nowhere online menu, Facebook nowhere was it shown was un happy but ok I will just have to wait till Friday to get my food. I excitedly called to make sure the kitchen was open it was yippy but now there is an 8% mark up. OK once again the cost of things is going up I get that and they inform me that changes have been made to the menu again fine things change but how about when I order fries( the main thing I was wanting to get do u not think to inform people that u aren't serving your original kind of fries anymore.
