This place is my favorite Mexican joint to go to, and my Fiancé and his whole family agree! They have catered events for the family, and have been a go to place to eat for them for a long time now. However, to my Fiancé and I, it's a little more than that. It's where we had our first date, and where we go when we need a comfort food pick me up. I'm over the moon about their portobello mushroom quesadillas that are flat grilled with a thick creamy cheese that satisfy my cravings for something familiar and comforting. My Fiancé usually picks the nachos but occasionally he can be persuaded by the fajitas, the Ranchero steak, or the fried tacos which I always get an order of to take home. The wait staff were extremely polite; my waitress took my order within 2 minutes of being seated and I waited about 5 minutes from the time I ordered until my food arrived piping hot to my table. The food was delicious and was inexpensive. Today I had a taste for Mexican and almost stopped at Red Burrito, just barely noticing this place at the last minute. I'm glad I stopped in today. Overall the experience was great, however, the one complaint I do have is, there were quite a few flies buzzing around my table. Read moreI enjoy the drinks here and most of the food, however me and my friend visited today and even though he only took a couple of bites before he felt grossed out by the food he couldn’t exchange his food for a drink, only more food but he was already done with eating, so they are making him pay for his entire meal that he barely touched. You can call this lack of consideration on the customers behalf but this is a restaurant business and the customer should always be right especially when they tip well. The tip would of covered any losses but now they get 0 tip and a bad review. I hope you guys can improve your customer service so the restaurant becomes as good as it could be… but I guess they need to fix the lights outside before they can even begin working on better employees. ...
